My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Stuart Manor. Accomodations were spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Our breakfast was cooked to order and so delicious. John and Suzy were great hosts, we felt so comfortable and enjoyed our conversations with them! We highly recommend this B&B!

Sadly, we were only able to spend one night at Stuart Manor Bed and Breakfast during a three-week trip to New Zealand recently. Although the weather was terrible, even that couldn't diminish our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful - about an acre of parklike grounds planted with trees and flowers. The old manor home is filled with antiques and...

When we booked the Stuart Manor we didn't realise that it had won so many TripAdvisor awards, but we can see why. Suzy is a great host, being so helpful. The B&B itself is a typical turn of the century, neo arts and crafts style (1907), so has a charm of its own. Our room and en-suite were of a...

We had the friendliest of welcomes from Suzy. We arrived long before the 3pm check in time and she didn't hesitate to invite us in as our room was ready. Stuart Manor is situated within easy reach of the airport but quiet and peaceful. Our room was first class, the breakfast was excellent and our stay couldn't have been better....

My husband and I stayed a night in this wonderful B and B as we were in Christchurch for a friends wedding just down the road at Trents Winery. There was a lady looking after the place for the hosts as they were away(Im sorry I cant remember her name). She was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, really easy...

Suzy and John were the most hospitable hosts. offering nibbles and wine after a gruelling flight from the uk was a lovely touch to start our stay! The breakfasts were to die for and Suzy was always interested in your stories, although she must have heard them a thousand times before!

We flew in to Christchurch from Melbourne, rented a car, and went straight to this lovely B&B. The property is conveniently located outside the city center which we found to be ideal. Upon our arrival we were greeted, shown to the beautifully appointed Akaroa room, offered complimentary drinks from the guest refrigerator and treated to a rejuvenating nosh on the...

We stayed here for three nights in January 2014 during our honeymoon. It was perfect. The owners John and Suzie are very welcoming and really friendly, the house and gardens are beautiful, and Suzie's breakfasts superb (and huge!). There's also a fridge with complementary drinks and snacks, just what was needed after a long drive from Queenstown!. We definitely recommend...
