I was in Christchurch for just one night, and picked Andaview because it was near the friends I was visiting. What a lucky choice! My host Anne Clark greeted me warmly and made every effort to make sure I was comfortable in the downstairs room with a separate keyed entrance. My room opened out onto a small patio that overlooked... More

Andaview was a lovely B& B in Christchurch. Our room was spotless with all of the necessary comforts as well as extra treats. The breakfasts were great, and the owner was so very helpful with suggestions of things to do in Christchurch and so quick to offer any help to make our stay more comfortable. She truly seemed to enjoy... More

We stayed in the executive spa-bath room for two nights. The room was very well decorated and very modern, and also very clean. I especially loved the paua-shell theme with the blues and greens. Bed was super-comfy and the bathroom was really good - double sink, underfloor heating, big shower with separate spa-bath and a loo with a view (over... More

This was our last night in NZ. The innkeepers were great and since we were the only couple there they upgraded us for free. The night time view from our room/balcony were great. The breakfast was large but typical NZ fare eggs toast cereal yogurt etc. Very friendly owners and a great stay. They suggested a nice pub for dinner... More

We travelled through New Zealand earlier in the year and this was our favourite stop on the trip. The B&B sits on the hills above the city, giving excellent views, especially of the lights at night. The B&B is set over two levels with the guest rooms seperated from the owners accomodation making it private & nice & quiet. Breakfast... More

My husband and I were nothing but impressed with Andaview Bed and Breakfast. We were only in Christchurch for a few days and we were so glad we found this place! Not only were we treated to some good old Kiwi hospitality, we also left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The location is fantastic and we could easily make our way... More

We were traveling from Australia for a family wedding and we wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue. We came to realize that Christchurch is pretty small, so most things are pretty central so it wasn't such a big problem. Nonetheless, we were grateful that we stayed where we did as this place is perfectly situated. It's close to... More
