We'll be back to Quest. Centrally located and with off street parking made this another great reason to choose Quest again. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Central heating added to the comfortable experience. Great showers and coffee.

We booked a two night stay as a base for sightseeing in and around Dunedin. Accommodation was centrally located, so was a bit noisy late at night. We booked two bedrooms with interconnecting doors to a shared lounge area. Secure parking was an additional charge that at the time of booking we were not aware of. Although one bedroom was...

Rooms is spacious and staff are extremely friendly. I checked in after hours and this was a breeze. Rooms facing the main road are however noisy due to the road traffic and flood lights for the Cadbury factory opposite makes the rooms less than dark. So if you need a dark quit room to sleep let the staff know. Otherwise...

We booked a Studio (no One Bed available apparently and no upgrade) for three nights. Room is small and lacks usual Quest Studio appointments. TV is tiny by 2016 standards. Cleanliness was a plus and we complimented Head Housekeeper and secure carpark (extra cost) was appreciated. Had to cut short our stay tho, just couldn't cope with the room size....

The second Quest property my family patronized and, like the first one in Auckland, we loved the value for money this place presents. Just like the apartment in Auckland, this one comes complete minus the oven. One of the criteria when I look for a place to stay in when we travel for more than two weeks is the proximity...

Very good amenities in the room - including washing machine and dryer. The internet was free only for 500 MB and chargeable thereafter. Helpful staff and Location is also central - right across Cadbury Factory. Octagon is also a 5 minute walk

The room was fine and had the basics but the key issue was the smell in the room. It had a horrible musty smell that remained even with air freshners in the room. Even the towels one day had a strange burnt smell. Its is noisy both from the street and you can hear other guests coming and going. When...

I booked an overnight stay at Quest Dunedin when I was in town for work alone. I didn't get to the hotel until around 9.30. There is no receptionist present overnight, so you have to talk through an intercom to the night manager, who I think is not on site. This person directs you to retrieve your key from the...

We liked the room itself, it had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were very nice so no fault there and the location was good walking distance to attractions and the city centre. The downside was we were on the Cumberland Street side of the building with the Cadbury factory directly opposite. This didn't worry us...
