Rooms were great. Comfortable and clean, with amazing views. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Parking, though, was at a premium, and it was very much a case of first in, first served, so would advise parking up when you arrive and using public transport, of you are driving into town.

We spent a week in Queenstown and the Heritage was a perfect choice for lodging. The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast were much better than typically found with inclusive packages with many offerings of both hot and cold selections. The views are spectacular as the hotel is perched on a hill not far from the...

Our room has everything. Views, kitchenette, washer dryer, spacious bathroom, ample closet space, sockets for gadgets! It's really the perfectly comfortable place to base out of for our few adventurous days in the area. It has even got the perfect view of the lake right as you drive out to town. Staff are wonderful and helpful with ideas. Wifi works...

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Queenstown is such a beautiful place that you can't fail to enjoy yourself. The hotel & staff were lovely but you do need to be pretty fit to walk up the hill to get to it but does have a good bus service outside which helps. The room was lovely & had...

Could not get a better view for a conference. Lovely hotel with good facilities and a nice walk from town along lake with good hill to get breath going. Comfy rooms, good food and great service. More than once staff walked past and said hello unprompted. Those are the things that show a hotel has the edge.

We stayed in the Forest wing which was lovely and private and quiet. The room was perfect - everything we needed including a bath and some lovely bath salt things. Both the bathroom and the room were immaculate and I couldn't fault anything. We had a nice view of the forest and when standing on the balcony could see the...

Booked a two bedroom (two connecting rooms) at Heritage Queenstown. Firstly, the check in service was great. The staff were busy checking in a big group but they dealt with them quickly and were friendly throughout the process. Pro: - Great location away from the busy CBD - Flat rate of $10 taxi to and from the CBD - Pool...

Nice position on the hill out of the hubbub of Queenstown. Nice rooms, free parking, outdoor pool, gym. And a major bonus - a huge jar of pink and white marshmallows by the fire in the bar, waiting to be toasted.
