The staff, the view, the bed, the location, everything about this place was above and beyond what's expected. The staff were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The view's were the best you could ask for in Queenstown with a very central location. Our room was perfect with an extremely comfy bed! They had wine and cheese night...

We thought that Queenstown House was excellent. The location is perfect, just up the hill from town so there is no noise and only a 5 minute walk. The room and food was high quality and our host Louise was wonderful. The view from the dinning room table was amazing. We particularly enjoyed "happy hour" where we could mingle with...

This was my second stay at Queenstown House within a year and I was welcomed back as family by Louise who is a wonderfully hospitable and vibrant host. I was traveling solo for the first two nights of my stay and was in a room called The Earl (in the main house). This room was very spacious – especially for...

Absolutely loved this place. It sits a short walk up the hill from downtown providing breathtaking views of Queenstown, the lake and the surrounding mountains. Our room, the top floor of a 2 bedroom villa had incredible views, a fantastic living room with roaring fireplace and comfy leather couches and a fully stocked kitchen. I wished we could have stayed...

The staff at Quenstown House were fantastic, from the moment we arrived, to well after we left (after I left some belongings in the bedside drawer and they were packaged and sent to me). Laura, the hostess, was so friendly and helpful in giving skiing area tips to dinner dining tips. Ruth was also lovely and each night we were...

Delighted you have returned home in a fit condition, it is worth tackling the hill, 4minutes is my record, but there is no shame in taking an $NZ8 taxi if one is feeling challenged, you were an athlete and impressed us !! Not far to come from Australia, arent those direct flights great ? look forward to your next visit,...

My husband and I stayed at Queenstown House Boutique apartments for our wedding anniversary, and it was absolutely wonderful. It really had the boutique feel where every last detail had been thought of, immaculately presented, beautiful views and a great location to get to the center of Queenstown, but far enough out for it to be peaceful. The cocktails with...
