Gavin and all the staff at Azur (including Elvis) were simply wonderful! There was nothing overlooked, no aspect of our stay that could have been any better (well, except for the weather which was rainy our entire visit). The villas at Azur are very well laid out, the beds very comfortable. We took advantage of the car service provided by...

The Azur Lodge strives to be unique in both location and service - and boy, do they deliver! Over the years we have stayed at quite a few so called top notch resorts (such as Jade Mountain, Can Simoneta and the likes) but Azur really stands out from the crowd for the level of service they deliver and the feeling...

This is one of the best boutique hotels that I have been to. It has an amazing location with outstanding views of the lake and mountains that you wake up to each day. The thing that shines is the extremely personalized service and attention that each and every staff member gave us and made is feel like VIPs. The staff...

The Azur is tucked up on a hill, and is one of the most magical places to be spoiled amidst the spectacular views of the mountains surrounding Queenstown. At your service is a versatile cadre of professionals who pour you a welcome glass of wine, prepare nightly appetizers, prepare a custom gourmet breakfast, drive you into Queenstown for errands, dinner...

This was a splurge hotel for us and it was worth it. The views are amazing, the villa is beautiful and private but just as important - the service is outstanding. The team really makes you feel welcomed. It was top notch level of service but without any of the stuffiness that can come with some high end properties. They...

The Azur Lodge is one of the finest small hotels in the world, in my opinion. The property consists of a small number of individual villas, all of which afford one of the best views in New Zealand. The Lodge is located on a bluff about ten minutes from Queenstown Center, facing the lake with sweeping 180 degree views of...

Azur is a beautiful property with outstanding service. It is also very expensive. You will have to decide if it delivers the value you expect relative to the cost. Here's a quick summary of some key things you should know/expect before booking: 1) The property consists of three terraces of suites cascading down a hill. I would strongly recommend that...

This is probably one of the most beautiful and unique properties in New Zealand's south island. Each individual cabin has beautiful unobstructed views of Lake Wakatipu, luxurious bed and linens, fantastic bath, etc. The staff was wonderful, pampering each guests with extra care. The morning breakfast was made to order and delicious. They offered to either take us to Queenstown...
