Amazing massage and men’s facial In Queenstown - the best I’ve had (and I’ve had deep tissue massages on every Continent). The Gentleman’s Escape is a package of exceptional value for money and quality. Can’t praise this enough. Ellie was incredible and I feel great!

Bonjour kokosandiego, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience at Sofitel Queenstown Hotel and Spa, It always a pleasure to receive a complete and positive review and it is such a delight to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. I agree that we have the benefit of a great location, and I am glad that it helped you to explore our beautiful Queenstown with ease. I take notes of all your comments, regarding the lobby, our rooms and breakfast, but especially your lovely words regarding our Ambassadors. It is significant to us as we continuously improve the quality of our property, based on a efficient and friendly service. I also understand your concerns regarding the parking. Our fee is for a 24h valet service, using a external secure car park, which explains the amount. However I cannot agree more that the parking situation is quite complicated in Queenstown. Rest assured that your comment will be shared with all of the staff, including our management team. Once again I would like to thank you for your feedback, and we hope we will have the chance to welcome you again in the near future, Kind regards, Josef Caron Guest Relations Executive

Excellent location, friendly staff, fun and quirky reception area. Rooms are clean, spacious and feel very homey. There a huge square spot on the mirrors in the bathroom that do not fog no matter how steamy your shower gets, we thought that was really cool.

Bonjour Sunniva H, It is possible to request a roll-away bed, that will fit in a superior room. It is complementary for a child staying with parents (under 12 years old). Otherwise the extra charge for a superior room is $95 per night. I would recommend to let us know in advance, via our reservation, to place it directly into your room prior to arrival. In your case it will be free of charge (5 years old), Kind regards, Josef Caron, Guest Relations Executive
