Wendy and Roger were the perfect hosts at this small B&B that looks and feels like new. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect from the room overlooking the lake and mountains to the breakfast to the treats at teatime. It is about 5 minute drive from the small downtown area with restaurants. They were generous enough to let...

Wendy and Roger are wonderful and gracious hosts-you’ll love staying here. The B&B is a little bit outside of the town, but you’ll love the tranquility of their home. The rooms face the lake and have a spectacular view. Each room also has patio doors that open out to a small seating area – perfect for your evening glass of...

We spent one night here and cannot recommend it highly enough. The host and hostess were delightful and could not have been more helpful, organising boat trips, dinner reservation etc. The room was spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.

We were driving from Dunedin on our way to Queenstown. This was the perfect stop for two nights. The B&B itself is modern and comfortable with great views and easy access to walks or a few minutes drive to the town. Wendy was great about making dinner reservations for us. The breakfasts were delicious and it was nice there were...

This B&B is clean, modern and spacious. It is 3 minutes from the town, so finding a restaurant was easy. The patio door opens out onto a small deck with chairs and the view is of open fields with grazing cows that lead to the water and mountains. The surises are spectacular! We got such a quiet night's sleep! Wonderful...

The Dunluce is a beautiful B&B on the outskirts of the town. Wendy and Roger were the most wonderful hosts and very kindly offered us a lift into town should we need it. The rooms are spacious, immaculate with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The bathroom was very impressive and as other reviews mention, the natural toiletries provided are heavenly....

Wonderful stay! The room and bathroom were clean and modern, with a beautiful view overlooking the lake and fields, with mountains in the distance. Excellent hosts, and breakfast was delicious! Small touches made it feel extra luxurious.

This is a new, purpose built B&B with all four rooms having a great view of the lake and mountains. The big rooms have high ceilings with huge picture windows and are very nicely furnished. The bathrooms are well designed and immaculately maintained. The bed was excellent, the area very quiet and dark so we slept extremely well. Our hosts...

You will be delighted with Dunluce B&B in Te Anau. Wendy and Roger are excellent hosts: they are friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. Wendy' breakfasts are superb, as are the various 'goodies' she puts out daily in the communal area. There you can help yourself to nibbles, free drinks (including wine), or store your own food...

This was a truly wonderful bed and breakfast to stay at. The house is really lovely, in a lovely location; the bedroom was sufficiently spacious and well-appointed; the owners (Wendy and Roger) were most welcoming and extremely helpful. Roger provided us with a very detailed set of places for us to visit (and all the information was absolutely correct). The...
