Stayed here twice recently for business in a deluxe room. The amenities in the room are good and the deluxe queen rooms are large and quite nice. The service at reception is very good and friendly. The convenience of being able to order room service is a big positive and one which influences where I stay when on business.

Attended the NATCON 2016 stayed with 5 members of CFC HOLD Darwin NT members. I was overwhelmed with experienced, the place only walking distance to the venue. Parking not an issue, three of us shared in a room ( 2 singles & 1 double). Facilities with laundry, complete with inside toiletries, self contained with fridge & microwave. Monday to Friday...

Deb and her team were the most friendliest, helpful and lovely people at any of the motels I have ever stayed in. The presentation, room, cleanliness and service were brilliant. The breakfast and the room service for dinner was fantastic, so well cooked and very tasty. I would certainly recommend this motel and stay there again. Thanks all at Golden...

We were greeted by a lovely lady who advised us we received a free upgrade to a room with a small spa bath. We had a fully cooked hot breakfast. All this for $140. Bargin. Short walk to town centre, rooms had double glazed windows which blocked out all the street noise as the motel was on the main rd....

We got off to a good start with a free upgrade but became concerned when we opened the curtains and saw a major road 50 meters away. We then realised we couldn't hear any of the cars passing by, thanks to very effective double glazing. The staff are very friendly and the motel is only a 300 meter walk from...

A very large comfortable, quiet and well equipped room. The room decor is a bit fussy but matches the garden gnomes & statuettes found throughout the premises. Nice touches included biscuits and a selection of teas plus the room was already heated in anticipation of our arrival. We had a group buffet in the restaurant which was excellent and bountiful....

Well it's been a while but this Hotel is a must whilst travelling through Queanbeyan or even close by through Canberra! I have now suggested to work colleagues and friends to stay here instead of persisting with the Canberra precinct, which has quite often been booked out and/or too 'pricey' for what you get for your buck! Being only a...
