After arriving home we found we had been charged for the Mini bar which we had not used. Maybe it was the stock-take or housekeeping missing the stock from the previous guests. So if you stay there check the mini bar. The food was passable but there are plenty of choices nearby. I like my Coopers Pale Ale but for... More

We were looking for a pub meal and ended up here for dinner. The vibe is upbeat and modern (the owners run several renovated popular pubs in SA), the food was good, the prices were a bit higher than expected given where it is in a country town. My wife ordered a meal of sliders which she absolutely loved, I... More

Lovely spacious room at the front with double glazed windows to eliminate the noise. Kitchenette, modern bathroom, comfortable bed and some period features all combined to make a great stay. Downstairs you have a choice of bars and eating areas with an extensive and varied menu which easily satisfied our party of four. Would stay here again any time we... More

The service that I experienced was of high standard. The staff was I believe also of high standard with very friendly and happy. They seemed to me of been fully trained in what there roles were and the meal presented was excellent

Located right in the middle of the town, the noise from the road is not heard from the rooms. Rooms 10, 15 and 14 are a bit noisy due to AC. Bathrooms are spacious. The restaurant offers good food at a good rate.

The pub is unlike usual small country town pubs. It's very modern, clean and has a buzzing atmosphere. Lots of TVs for sport and music. Service is friendly and welcoming. I was warned that the meals would be at least 45 mins which I didn't mind....most staff wouldn't tell you this. Great location

Stayed in the southern room, very spacious. Situated on the corner, the windows had double glazing, so not too much noise from outside and it quietest down later, anyway. Off street parking, all good there. Had dinner at the hotel, schnitzel. My husband had the beef, very large, I had chicken which was half the size but plenty for me.... More

Went here for dinner last Saturday night. There were 6 of us and every meal was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals were reasonably priced. I had the best chicken breast I had had in a very long time. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great pub meal
