We stayed at Commodore on the Park for one night on our way to Robe. It was terrific for us and our two children. The room was large enough. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The best part, though, was the restaurant. The staff were great and the food very very good. I would highly recommend it. I would certainly...

Had an overnight stay and found the facilities to be more than welcoming. Although on the road there was no noise disturbance and i had a good nights rest. breakfast was scrumptious and delicious. Would reccomend

During our three-night stay our comfortable room was kept tidy and clean by attentive service staff. The motel at walking distance from the town centre, cafes and shops. The hot water system in the shower left a lot to be desired. Reception staff took a hands-off approach which, especially on check-in, could seem aloof. Other facilities such as pool and...

Stopped for one night. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Would have liked to have visited the bar and restaurant. Convenient location.

Great place to stay. Had my family of four there one night. Small little playground to distract the kids during unpack/re-pack of the car. Plenty of space for the whole family (2 single beds, 1 queen bed). Quaint little bar adjacent to the lobby with a good selection. Can't comment on food as I didn't eat there. I'd stay again.

I found the front desk very helpful. Bear in mind the front desk etc is only open 7 am -9 pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 9 pm Weekends. The restaurant on premises is very, very noisy. All at out table had trouble hearing others at or table. The portions were a tad small and prices were a tad...

As always the Commodore never lets you down. This time in one of the fabulous three bedroom self contained houses. A home away from home. Hosts are great and welcoming to all visitors. Highly recommended. Give Mt Gambier a visit! Well worth it.

On the 14th and 15th October 2016 my wife and I stayed at the Commodore on the Park. The hotel is pleasant enough. It is well located in terms of access to Mt Gambier's city centre. The staff are really pleasant and attentive. The problem with the place is its location on the main intersection in Mt Gambier where the...

We had a clean room, there was no toaster but room service breakfast was reasonable in price, as we are from a quiet dark area we did find it noisey and light came in the windows where the curtains didn't meet in the centre or the walls. The room slept 5 although I would not like to have seen 5...

This hotel surpassed all expectations. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in the dinning room with a roaring fire were really good. One nit picky comment is that we were surprised to be given a cup of hot water and a tea bag when we asked for tea with our breakfast. Maybe they could improve in...
