What a great was to finish our Holiday visit. The room was spectacular, the bed was wonderful compared to our stay at Swansea, kitchen was clean and spacious and the bathroom was awesome. Despite arriving well before check in time, Reception made us feel welcome and wanted. Nothing was too hard for them to help us with. Come and visit...

We stayed in a 3rd floor city view suite, which was larger than expected with a nice little balcony we could sit and have a drink on, with views over Launceston and the river. The row of restaurants on the Seaport right next to the hotel was a bonus, we liked the Chinese but thought the Indian place was outstanding....

Staff abs quality of room were top notch. We had a "River view" room but that particular stretch of the Tamar is anything but "majestic". On first floor felt a little too "exposed" on the balcony and I'd request a second or third level suite in future. Restaurant and the "Cube" breakfast area are quite expensive, but there are other...

Very disappointed, asked weeks ahead for third person bed in room, and checked again on arrival but never delivered, even though promised. Fold out lounge yes, but no sheets or covers, had to use towels to try and stay warm.

A stately huge room and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good and felt like we were at the sea. It was very relaxing and felt very special. The drink stand at the front door was a nice touch.

Spent two nights for work/leisure with friends and family staying in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are nice and inviting and larger than what you would expect in a comparable Melbourne hotel for the price. The secondary room however is separated which isn't a bad thing but not great if you want everyone in the same room in same...

Stayed in both a river view room and a city view suite. Both were excellent. The suite is the best bar none. The sitting room is spacious, an excellent kitchen area with a dishwasher as well as built in laundry facility.

We had a 2 room apartment for 3 nights. Not cheap but the rooms were spacious, one with a kitchen and sitting room, the other bedroom only. Both bathrooms were showers only (i.e. no bath) but spacious and good showers. Free limitless wifi and free movie selection - both all too rare in Australia. Bed was very comfortable. If choosing...

My husband and I booked a river view suite here and it was the best place we stayed at the entire time we had in Tassie. Pay the extra and get a room with a view, it's worth it! We spent a lot of time on our balcony enjoying the weather and the view. Could not fault the rooms or...
