rooms are basic and clean good close to the city centre meals in the tram bar at the hotel are very poor had a steak rare and was so tough could not eat the whole meal my wife only ate small part of here chichen...More

Was only there for a short 24 hour trip but nothing was a problem.

Our room was a king, bed was extremely comfortable everything was clean and crisp, mini bar stocked good even had glasses of wine red and white to drink, restaurant was nice with a tram inside to sit and eat food excellent and priced averageMore

Hi usually hotels have a range of bedding sometimes it also relates to floor levels, size of rooms, category etc. But bedding is not the type of hotel Best western say they are 1 4 star hotel but I disagree I think 3 1/2 but they may have special rooms such as suites etc. Most hotels, have either double beds, queen beds or King beds, 4 to 5 star hotels usually have two doubles or two queens so to cater for all guests, most expensive rooms can have two king beds. If you request a Twin you may not get two seperate beds, it is better to specify you want two seperate beds. In Best Western's case they have two double beds in the room we stayed in but not in on in all rooms. Hotels are listed in various ways either Star Systems (4 or 5 Star) or OHG SYSTEM ( e.g. Deluxe, first class etc). Hope this helps. You have task hotel on booking or contact them and ask when last refurbish was done.
