Bairnesdale Holiday Park was just what we needed. The park was well run & quiet. The staff were lovely & very helpful. A well stocked, very clean & comfortable cabin with the extras of complementary tea, coffee & sugar sachets. The playground, mini golf, swimming pool & wildlife animals was a real treat for our girls. They loved feeding the... More

This place is clean and tidy. Just a small note that we found a baby cockroach in our room. Other than that, it's a very quiet place. Internet is provided but it's terribly slow. Very interesting to see a mother Emu laying her eggs which is just next to the park. There are a lot of things to do for... More

We use this park when we travel to nsw, ensuite sites are private and have plenty of room inside to store valuables. The only thing they need is a fan on the ensuite bathrooms and a heater would be great, otherwise staff are great and polite.....

We just stayed here over the Easter break on site 44 and 43. We had stayed at the other caravan park in Bairnsdale, and never again, with all the traffic noise and drunks walking past, it was a disaster.. This was a breath of fresh air, so peaceful, you could hardly hear any traffic noise. These sites were all boarded... More

Staff are friendly, ensuite site was well protected from the elements which during the storm was appreciated and we only took down the awning just in case. General facilities were in good order however if you were in the laundry it came as a surprise that you needed a key to utilise the amenities. Our ensuite was in need of... More

We planned this trip on short notice and with the long weekend fast approaching we were happy to find somewhere that could accommodate our group. We had planned to use the park as a base to explore the surrounding areas such as the lakes and Buchan Caves. However we found that we spent one day happily relaxing in the surrounds... More

This is the second time our family has stayed here and the first time we have ever come back to the same place as we normally prefer to explore different areas. If you want a relaxing family holiday with a few day trips available this is the place. Solar heated pool was great. Mini golf is basic but no extra... More

Stayed in our caravan here with our 2 children. Booked for 1 night ended up staying 3. Staff where lovely and very accommodating. The van site we stayed in was really nice. Trees on either side of the site making it a bit more private. Sites where very large. The kids loved the large pool, mini golf and fauna park.... More

This is a family orientated park4sure. Emus, mini golf park, great pool (&safe) games room(inc, table tennis)expanses of green grass etc etc. We stayed in one of the Jayco cabins which are all the same clean style Australia wide. Walking distance to town would be a fair hike, but taxi's can whip you into the town centre easy enough if there isn't a... More

Stopped here for one night on our journey north. Facilities were good, clean and staff friendly and helpful. Site is very close to main road but not noisy and adjacent to a river for a pleasant evening stroll
