Thank you for stay with Chinese own anchorage holiday units. Looks like you forgot to say you stayed with 2 dogs. We have many units done big upgrade such as change new floor, new carpet, new kitchen and new shower. However, those units are not allowed pets, because no one will care the new stuff. We have a lot regular guests only want stay in your unit, why? We do everything we can and we need to do after each guest check out, all the stain on carpet is from dog droopings. You can think about why so many possitive review and why we are so busy everyday. Thank you for your time, have a good Easter holiday with your family and your dogs.

Thank you for stay with Chinese own Anchorage holiday unit, also thank you very much for the review, we don't mind negative review because negative review can help us make more improve. But the only thing we want is please make everything correct and objective when wrote your review. First, for the payment, it is very common to pay balance on arrival, this policy can be found in the confirmation email I sent to you on 05/01. Because no one know when you may leave on the following morning. Also if you book online such as Wotif or Expedia, you need pay the full amount even you book 1 year early, have you ever argue that with them? Of course you are not allowed check in if you refused to pay the balance, very fair. Second, I believed my father said very clear some time the new Eftpos machine not working very well, no one want charge you twice, you know that. Then, our building is very old, nothing we can do on that. But we did maintenance every year. Also we are pet friendly, dogs made a lot stain on carpet. We have slowly changed the carpet for the units, in last 2 years we changed unit 3, 6, 7 and half in unit 1. We plan change a few more this year. Doesn’t matter the real reason, we apologise you didn’t get the good experience during your stay, I also apologise I forgot to tell you we are Chinese own business before you made the booking. We will do our best in future to improve our business, thank you again for your review, have a happy, healthy and safety 2017 in our Chinese year of rooster.
