We booked for location and price and ended up at this excellent hotel. Service has been spot on. Room is large, light, airy, quiet and offers a spa bath too. It is also very clean. Having stayed for five nights the standard has remained the same. There is quirky murals on the walls not only in our room but around...

The room was big and comfortable. A little bit of noise from the street in the mornings. Very nice daily environmental friendly deal to get restaurant discount for canceling towels laundry. A few nice restaurants and bars in surrounding area. Beds a little too soft.

Stayed in the hotel for just one night, staff are very pleasant and it's a great location. The hotel itself is quite tired though, the first room we walked in had frayed carpet and looked quite rundown. Spoke to reception and they moved us to a much nicer room. Clean, comfortable and free access to the St Kilda Sea Baths....

Pleasant stay, nice staff just really tired and frayed around the edges. It's the rooms really, they're just dated and needing a revamp if you are going to pay city rates, there's plenty better. Keep away from the lift as the stirs are also located there and the doors slam.

The hotel is considered clean and tidy, both in the bedroom and the bathroom and the toiletries are quite complete except tooth brush and tooth paste were missing and though there was a pen provided but without paper ! The location is good if you travel by tram ( Tram No. 12 ) from the centre of Melbourne as the...

Back again and as with a favourite old jacket, it is just a great fit for me when I'm in St Kilda on business. Staff are always so friendly, the free entry to St Kilda Seabaths is appreciated and the breakfast at the Hub never disappoints. The salmon Stack with poached eggs and potato rosti is superb.

You have to look to see where this hotel is, the signage isn't that obvious until you are quite close. The entry is sandwiched between a bar and a guest cafe. If you want a flash hotel this is not it, but we found it ideal, close to a tram stop which took us straight to the CBD. Rooms are...

Stayed here for business trip, hotel looks dodgy on the outside but it is actually quite nice inside. The room is very basic and comfortable and clean, however after I spotted a blood stain on my sheets I was turned off
