Great little place with lots of attention to detail, beautiful breakfast setting (the garden opens on the Leschenault inlet), simple but delicious breakfast (with an accent on health food and fruits), wonderful hosts, we loved it at the "Boathouse".

Although a little way out of town, this B&B is beautifully situated overlooking the Leschault inlet and you can walk into town along the inlet in about 25 minutes. We had an ensuite room that had its own front door, and it was very comfortable, clean and all you could want for a night or two. Breakfast was a help...

What a lot of thoughtful care has gone into making our room warm and welcoming! The blue&white theme is so pretty. TV and free wifi. So many extras! Chockies and sweets, a multitude of tea choices, excellent coffee bags, chilled orange juice, charming jug of milk rather than the carton. Just lovely! As warm and welcoming as our hosts. Our...

Stayed one night en-route to Perth. Andy the owner was friendly and showed us our room and B&B facilities on arrival. Clean room - very comfy bed. Breakfast was 'help yourself' from the kitchen - a continental style breakfast but this is not clear from the Booking.com website. Good selection of fruit, seeds, toast, yoghurts coffee/juices etc on offer though.
