Check in and out was seamless. Rooms are fine. My only complaint was that after attending a function earlier in Dunsborough we arrived back at 9:00 pm, the bar was closed and the restaurant was closed as well. It was a Friday night. So bought a Pizza a bottle of red and retired to the room. I just find this...

The Lord Forrest is located in the Main Street of Bunbury. Our room was a corner family room and it was a great size. You enter through a kitchenette area and walk into the bedroom zone with 2 double beds and also a single bed and small table. The verandah/balcony area was enormous. The only downfall to this room type...

Only booked it because I happened to be in town when a good friend was on business from Perth. Well my friend's room transported you straight back to the 80ies; brown furniture; flickering fluro; dirty carpet (90ies I'm guessing); lumpy beds; original bathroom & a 4 foot wall (this was the balcony view) when you stood up you got a...

We stayed here for one night after the Bunbury Cup race day. My husband left his sunglasses in the room. As soon as we got home, I called the hotel, and told them exactly where he had left them, and asked that they be sent to us. The housekeeping staff said the sunglasses were not there. And asked 'if we...

Just stayed two nights over Easter. Quite disappointed.... the rooms had been done up and were neat, bathrooms are old and tired as is the building. They charge delivery for room service which I found laughable! $6.50 for an ice bucket to be brought to the room, what a joke! The next night it didn't come, so I had to...

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a wedding in WA. The checkin staff were friendly & efficient. Our room was a city view room with a balcony. The room had been renovated & was clean & comfortable with a small bench, kitchen sink, mini fridge & tea/coffee supplies. The included breakfast spread was excellent, everything you could want...

We stayed here while visiting Bunbury. Although the accommodation is dated it is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within the CBD of the town which means there is no need to use your car. We would return again.

Hotel is well situated, nice staff. Central area has hardly changed in 15 years since I last stayed there - weird dining set-up and tiny pool. Room OK, but their idea of superior/deluxe is v different from mine. One of the two lifts not working, which meant at peak times it was a bit busy, frustrating and annoying. Would stay...
