From a warm welcome from Jo and James to the beautiful rooms and unforgettable breakfast, we had a great stay. Perfect location to visit wineries, Margaret River town and other points of interest. A quiet place to allow you to unwind. Fridge outside to keep anything cool and freshly baked blueberry muffins left to help yourself. We highly recommend.

James and Joanna's Guesthouse was just perfect for our New Year's Day stay weekend away trip. The beautiful setting with the kangaroos and Birds feeding each morning and quiet nature all around. A great place to relax. The Breakfast was excellent lovely marmalade freshly made bread and huge selection of eggs cooked each morning. The rooms are nice and comfortable would definitely come back again

Its the little things the unbelievable welcome, taking time to see you settle in, the amazing knowledge of the local restaurant's and wineries, the 5 star breakfast , nothing is to much trouble , to Jo and James who made myself and my wife feel like family I can t thank you enough. Have booked again for next year as it is just the only place to be. Thank you both so much Steve, & Kelly .

James and Joanna’s guesthouse was absolutely perfect for our weekend trip to Margaret River. The setting is beautiful, with the kangaroos coming right up to the terrace just outside your bedroom. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade compotes/jams, organic bread and a whole host of other local produce which made our stay even better; we really felt like we got a real experience of Margaret River. James took us on a wine tour a well which is the perfect way of seeing some great local vineyards without having to drive yourself! Their guesthouse is positioned in the middle of some great wineries making it really easy to get around. All round a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for the weekend or on holiday and looking for a lovely spot to relax and see the region.

Been over 12 months since we stayed at Llewellin’s. Once again we were impressed with the stay and the hospitality of James and Joanna. You sometimes return to a property and think will it be the same as I remembered. James and Joanna have a passion fo customer service, attention to detail and world class breakfasts. A passion for local produce and hand made preserves, poached pears and the most amazing muffins baked fresh every day. If you are keen on nature there are a selection of birds that come down daily as well as the local Kangaroos which visit on a daily basis. James and Joanna also have extensive knowledge of the area and the best vineyards based on you taste. James can tailor a vineyard tour for you. We have found some amazing small vineyards through James. Thank you both again for an amazing stay.
