Reception put me onto some chap on the phone, he didn't,t know either how to fix the problem. So had no contact with folks back in UK. This is...

Myself and partner were only here for one night in a 2p tent. Very impressed with the facilities as everything was tidy and clean. Highly recommend this place as it is also very affordable. Staff were also handy and were able to book our para sailing trip in Paihia. :)

First NZ holiday! Was super impressed by the cleaniness of the bathrooms, kitchen area & camp site. The stands are very tiny but perfect for camper vans. The walks in the forest are stunning, definitely a must while in Whangarei! Probably one of the most stunning places I've ever seen!

Nice, small holiday park with very friendly staff. You need to book in advance during summer because there aren't many sites/cabins. We stayed at a non-powered tent site and it was very quiet apart a couple of crying children which I guess you can expect when camping. Decent sized, clean facilities .....toilets/kitchen etc. Good location, only a short drive into...

This was our first stopover on our tour of nz. Hospitality was great and site facilities could not be faulted. A 40 min walk from the site through the forest brings you out at the marina with restaurants and a lively pub. The forest walk along the river is unforgettable.

Had a great stay at this quaint, well-maintained holiday park. The atmosphere is congenial, with ample amenities and beautiful surroundings, but what really sets this TOP 10 apart is the helpful, friendly staff. Nick, the nice young man at reception, was very hospitable and made me feel right at home. And Marja had some great recommendations for things to do...

We utilised a power site to 'pop up' our camper and awning for an 11 day stay. A beautiful serene spot bordered by native trees and easy access to river walks. Excellent facilities - kitchen, toilets and showers immaculately clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

The campground meets the standards that Top 10 campers have come to expert. The management was very friendly. Great bathroom and shower facilities. Bathrooms, showers and kitchen where modern and immaculately clean. Very nice BBQ facility. Manicured grounds. Walking trails are lovely. You can walk to town center along the water. It was a lovely stay. The park is framed by misty, forested mountains. I am told there is an amazing hike up the mountain from the park. And a pokemon gym right nearby! And two stops, Woo gotta catch em all Pokémon!
