The most friendly people are hosts here. John, Barbara and Jo (Barbara's sister). The B&B is really wonderful and these three made it extra special. They treated us like family from the moment we arrived. We were made so comfortable we didn't want to leave. There is a great deck area with lovely views over pretty countryside. They let us us... I was so pleased with my stay at the Abbey B & B. Such a lovely place. So peaceful up in the hills and you can hear the birds chirping. I felt it was very private but that the hosts would be available with travel advice if I asked. So reasonably priced as well. Breakfast was self catered and well... More

This was the first time we stayed in a B & B., and we are absolutely floored by the hospitality and warmth of Barbara and John. Situated at a very pristine and calm area, the house is spacious, has a beautiful garden and kept extremely clean. The refrigerator was well stocked, the rooms were neat and the bathrooms were very... More

We stayed here recently and had just the best time, wish we could have stayed longer! I should, also, write that we were very inquisitive prior to our arrival from Honolulu as to the area's characteristics, activities, and details. The setting of this B&B is incredibly peaceful and beautiful - up on a hill away from everything. A car in not necessary, though, because John, with his Round Trip driving service, will pick you up and will drive you around to see the most unique and awesome nature at a very affordable rate. He is very knowledgable and customizes... More
