If you go down in the woods today.......
....you’re sure of a great surprise! And a warm welcome, lots of great food and peace in this lovely remote hotel. Relaxing rustic charm, well maintained with modern facilities. Great service, lovely views, I must go back sometime.

Amazing
I experienced Penzion dolina during the business meeting. It was very nice place in the middle of the forrest with beautiful pond. I love the environment and the atmosphere. For us as a group we appreciated the activities which was availabe for us - teambulding activity - shooting from shotgun. I have to mention also briliant service, nice and friendly staff and really delicious food.

Slovakian/English Wedding
This was our 2nd visit to Dolina - this time for a wedding. Dolina came up 5 star. From the accommodation - we had a double room on the front with balcony to the food (beautifully cooked and served with only the freshest ingredients). The standard of accommodation was perfect; spacious clean and tranquil. The service was great and the staff so very friendly and helpful- nothing was too much trouble! The location was beautiful with activities for the children and clay pidgeon shooting, fishing and lovely walks for the adults. We will be going back again soon.

Amazing
We stayed for 5 nights at the dolina last week, the staff the owners and everyone involved were just fantastic. The food was 5* standard the hotel and the grounds were beautiful and very clean. Im looking forward to returning in 2017....

Great food, great service
I have spent 2 days at this wonderful place, peaceful location, lots of activities for the children, enclosed football pitch and the opportunity to learn to shoot clay pidgeons. The staff are friendly and helpful. The accommodation - one of the chalets, 4 great bedrooms so much space my whole extended family could stay here.

Amazing scenery, wonderful location,fantastic people.
We have just spent the weekend at Dolina and had an amazing time. The location is beautiful and the accommodation is spacious,clean and to a high standard. The staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful and made us feel very welcome. There are lots of things to do from hiking, shooting, fishing, tennis etc but the best is just to relax, eat, drink and take in the beauty of where you are.

Great restaurant and location!
The dolina is a great place for lunch, nicely hidden away in the countryside. We even managed to have a lesson in shooting! Staff and food were both fantastic, great way to spend a leisurely afternoon.

One of the most amazing weekends i have ever enjoyed
I have just returned from a weekend at Penzion Dolina and it was just amazing. The people are so friendly and cant do enough for you. The room was delightful, very clean and so comfortable and the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard. The food and drink was out of this World. It is located in such a calm and peaceful spot with plenty of activities to keep you amused if you so wish. I simply cannot recommend this place enough. This was my first visit to Penzion Dolina and Slovakia but it will definitely not be my last. Amazing place.

How to spend a weekend with your children
Marvellous place, perfect kitchen ... close to Nitra, but fully hidden in the forest. We enjoyed beatiful countryside, lovely atmosphere , especially in the evening on the terasse above the small lake .. lovely folk music- live! in the restaurant

A Breath of Fresh Air
Wonderful location with beautiful scenery, at home with nature all around.Ideal for hunting, fish and shooting or just a beautiful relaxing break. The peace and tranquility together with fresh mountain air contributes to the whole serenity of the place. This was our first visit to Slovakia and we will definately be returing to Penzion Dolina next year. Friendly staff, who made us very welcome and created a lovely atmosphere. The food was fantastic and with many truly glorious new taste experiences. The accomodation was spacious and spotless. If you need to re-charge your batteries and chill out - go to Dolina and we might see you there.
