One night is all you ever want to spend at an airport motel, but when your flight gets in at 11pm what choice do you have! Anyway, we have stayed here before, and we feel that this is probably the best of the airport accommodation. It is well located, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The night manager was courteous and...

Lodge is OK BUT Internet is really bad. The TV reception is fuzzy, the TV remote faulty too. The kitchenette Ok equipped but attention to detail missing like only one breakfast bowl, no detergent to wash up with. All fixed with lots of visits to reception but really why should you have to do these basics ? Not coming back.

The manager of the hotel was very disrespectful towards our sports team and especially towards our sports team manager. As soon as we arrived to the lodge, our sports manager went into the office to check in to our accommodation and the manager of the hotel was highly disrespectful. He was very aggressive and rude. He demanded more than the...

On rocking up it looked a bit daggy but the rooms are very clean, modern & nice, it is just the exterior that isn't the nicest. It isn't in the best area, especially if you don't have a car. There was no where to grab any dinner or a supermarket, we ended up getting Dominos pizza delivered in the room....

Absolutely terrible, non-caring service. Not one bit helpful and non-hospitable. There are plenty other lodges and motels at the same price that will offer you better rooms and service. This is the last place you want to encounter when on a trip.

We got a free upgrade to a family room that was unexpected. Plus they stored some of our big luggage in the office. Free shuttle the next day from a friendly driver who happily accommodated all our luggage! Great service. Room was tidy. Our neighbours across the hall where so freakin' noisy when they arrived (not tourist, sounded like locals)...

We stayed here as we had a concert down the road at Villa Maria Winery. The reception staff where so friendly, was just down the road from the vin yard which was idea. Room was really nice however not quite what the photos online looked like. Was however very quiet and clean. Would be good for a few days as...

We stayed one night between our domestic and international flight. We wanted somewhere quiet, clean, not too expensive with complimentary airport shuttle. Auckland Airport Lodge provides this. Granted we did pay a little more to stay in the upstairs family unit at the rear of the property but it was worth spending a little more as the unit was importantly...

Where do I start. TV broken. half the light bulbs blown. Silverfish and beetles in linen. Non-existent bathroom. Broken window pane. Looks like never had an update in 49 years. Single bed was completely collapsed in the centre so felt like sleeping over a hole. Freezer door broken off in fridge do half the stuff froze whilst the rest thawed....
