Our stay at Annick house was just great. The place was completely as described and just a short walk into town of the "Center of New Zealand". The bed was comfortable the space good and it felt very quiet even though it butts up against the main house. Ann's breakfasts were fantastic! Nick's advice on where to go was very...

Hi Steve Great that you enjoyed your stay with us. When we altered the house we made sure to sound proof the walls between the house and the unit you stayed in. We hope to see you when you visit New Zealand again.

We stayed more nights in Nelson than any other location on our South Island trip and that turned out to be an excellent and relaxing decision in no small part due to Annick house and the owners. We booked Annick House the same day of our stay and arrived late after a long drive from Franz Josef, but Nick made...

Hi Kim Thanks for a great review, it is so nice to know that our visitors observe and appreciate the little things that all add up to a great visit. We enjoy helping guests make the most of the time they have in Nelson but few spend enough time here to really have a good look around. You need at...

This is a beautiful place and we loved staying here. The rooms and amenities are top class along with the breakfast. Both Nick and Anne were very helpful and had great personalities. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area, loved it. Very good value for money.

We recently spent one night at Annick House in the deluxe double room at the end of cycling the Great Taste Trail. It is very well appointed, comfortable bed, great shower, spacious. It has its own separate access from the car parking area. You don't actually go into the house at all. Breakfast is delivered to your room. For us...

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you found the apartment very comfortable and well appointed. As you point out some of our guests expect to stay in a traditional B and B, in someone's home. We have found that most of our guests enjoy the arrangements we have made in the way we have set up...

We stayed in the "Out of Africa" room above the detached garage. It can sleep three with a separate room with a single bed. A hot breakfast is available on request but if leaving early then cold breakfast with cereal, toast, jam, juice, and fresh fruit is served late the night before. Hosts are very friendly and helpful with suggestions...

We thought we might be staying "on the wild side" when we signed up to stay in this studio (separate little bedroom for a child) above Janet and Tim's garage in their garden. Turns out Tim hails from Africa so he and Janet included his African momentos in the apartments eclectic decor. We enjoyed its spaciousness and the delicious breakfast...

Hello JB Thank you for the review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Annick House. We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the self- contained accommodation named A Touch Oriental.
