Just spent five nights here right beside the amazing South Alligator River. Rooms and Accom overall is fine and very comfortable. The grounds and area are very well maintained lush and green. Very tropical. As I was up here during the build up, the fantastic pool was very well frequented. A great set up and pool that really helped climatise....

The place is not nice at all, very basic room, there is not complimentary wifi nor Telstra coverage, also it is not very well situated for Kakadu points of interest. I recommend better to stay at Mary River retreat (a very nice place integrated with the nature, outside Kakadu NP), Cocodrile lodge in Jabiru (very close to any attraction in...

Spent two nights here. Although it was a bit away from the main attractions of Kakadu, it was a really nice spot to come back to in the afternoon for a swim and wind down as the temperature climbed to 37 C plus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the price was right.

Ok, so let's do the mandatory stuff. We have massive comfortable and clean, tidy rooms. We have a pool in the middle of extreme heat and humidity. We have aircon that is amazing, beds that are comfortable, scenic surrounds, tranquility and genuine Northern Territory environment. To top this off, you have INCREDIBLE staff. Melanie on Reception - efficient, friendly and...

I'm not sure what we were expecting but it definitely isn't what we saw! Aurora is about 30 minutes from the 'town centre' Jabiru. So if you're looking for a more convenient hotel, i would suggest booking with one of the other two places. However! Aurora is lovely, convenient parking if you're driving yourself. The staff are very nice, the...

We spent 2 nights at this lodge, the least expensive of the 3 lodges we stayed at while visiting Kakadu National Park. The buildings in general look like they need to be renovated soon. Some of the rooms were not in use and needed serious repairs. Our room, while looking a bit old and perhaps not as clean as the...

Not the most luxurious place I've stayed but comfortable enough. If you visit Kakadu National Park there's a good chance this will be your hotel unless you up your budget to a stay at the Mercure Crocodile Hotel. The accomodation is fairly basic and in need of an upgrade. On arrival, our room was inaccessible because of a broken lock....

Birds everywhere, beautiful gardens with well established trees and a lovely pool in the middle. Rooms were a bit dark and dated, hot water in the shower was hit and miss initially, good air con, comfy beds. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Great chefs, the food was very good and the Sunday roast was delicious and very good value...

A good hotel, situated in the Kakadu park, about 2.5 hours from Darwin. The room was clean and tidy, even though of course, being in the middle of the park, some insects may enter the room here and there (in our case there were some cockroaches coming up from shower hole). The dinner is served in the restaurant if you...

Loved camping at the Aurora Kakadu Resort, nice pool, bar, bbq area. Staff a bit not sure about opening and closing times of pub, said it would be open at 4 and never opened on a sunday. I guess management fault as staff are mostly "on working holiday" and not locals. Otherwise great place to relax for a couple of...
