Although ours was a brief visit to the area this hotel was an excellent Base. This was due in no small part to the owner/manager Bill who made us very welcome and could not have been more helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable...More
This is very well located overlooking both the town of Airlie Beach and the harbour. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff are also pleasant and helpful. It is a short walk to the town which has many restaurants and bars.

Hi, I appreciate you asking the question in advance. As we are a very small establishment with no on-site management and security we do have a no-party policy. Playing music at an acceptable level, I know that varies from person to person (just ask my son !!!) whereby it doesn't disturb other guests and is not after 10 pm should be fine. Please understand though if any guests in the 5 other rooms have a problem I will need to address the situation. I hope this helps.
