Booked for one night, stayed for two on the basis that we were very happy with the comfort and value. The room was very large, with good kitchenette facilities. Bed was king size with electric blanket. Bathroom was large, spotlessly clean, and with a good range of complimentary toiletries including shaving cream. WiFi was included, with internet access fast and...

The owner was happy to help get us booked in fairly late (8.00pm) and advised us on how to get dinner as their restaurant was closed at the time. Served us breakfast even though we didn't get the menu in until well after the cut off time due to our late check in. Rooms were clean, modern and very comfortable...

We are pleased the room met expectations and was reasonably priced. When we know guests will be arriving late we will advise where to get a meal on-the-way such as at Tullah Lakeside Lodge or the Derwent Bridge Hotel. After 8pm-8.30pm dinner services have shut down in most of Queenstown's eating places.

Excellent stay. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed, small kitchen area with fridge, microwave, dishes and utensils, small dining table and chairs. Quiet. Restaurant on premises has good food, and very accommodating staff. They aren't open late, however, so you might want to inquire about dinner when you book. They fixed us a Continental Breakfast tray last night (for this morning,)...

This was our first overnight stay in Queenstown. We had a really comfy two night stay - the owner/manager met us on arrival - and we were checked in within minutes. Continental breakfast was included. We were catching a taxi into the town to pick up our car (which we left the night before after a dinner out) and the...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at our property and it is pleasing we could meet your expectations while travelling to Tasmania's West Coast Wilderness and attending the very significant conference held in Queenstown. Thank you once again.

Very charming and comfortable accommodation. Our room felt large, had vaulted ceilings, and a kitchenette. We arrived exhausted from a five hour drive from Port Arthur and the restaurant had just closed. The hotel manager cooked us a meal and delivered it to our room! Great location, less than a five minute drive from the West Coast Wildnerness Railway. Would...

Thank you for the review we very much appreciate this. Our aim when travellers take the time to visit Tasmania's West Coast Wilderness is to ensure they have a positive experience. We always try to make sure for later arrivals that we can provide something to eat or source other alternatives in this small town. Thanks once again

I mustn't have been concentrating when I originally booked this accommodation. My first impressions therefore were a bit mixed. While check-in was friendly and simple, our room initially appeared very small for a family of 4. One double, one bunk bed and one single was ample bedding, but made the room somewhat cramped. It was however clean and tidy. Beds...

Thanks Malcolm for the feedback. The family 5 room is best for families with young children, the bunk is usually the novelty for kids and with the guard rails preventing falls during the night. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the restaurant and service and will pass this acknowledgement to our staff. Thanks once again for staying with...

This place was amazing! It was everything that a hotel room would be, but at motel prices! Had EVERYTHING you needed, free Wi-Fi, hot shower, lovely warm beds (no bikies - they stayed in a motel down the other end of town), wonderful TV reception in gale force winds - Queenstown is the most beautiful place - so much mining...

Thank you for taking the time to review us and our region. We are in a fascinating part of the world surround by spectacular mountains, the World Heritage Rain Forests, glistening Lake Burbury, contrasted by the sparseness of the mining areas and the broad spectrum of colours at varying stages of the day. The love this region and see it...

We know sometimes it can take a well to get over to Tasmania's West Coast if it is late at night or to stop and view the spectacular scenery on the way. Can we could make your trip a worthwhile one

Clean and tidy accomodation. Beds super comfy. Friendly welcome. Queenstown is a struggling town due to the mines shutting down so getting food at night can be challenging. Thankfully they all recommend each other and seem to take turns as to which restaurant is cooking
