We stayed here on our way through Germany. The room was unusual as the two single beds were end to end rather than side by side but was comfortable anyway. The evening meal was reasonable and we also had a decent breakfast.

A typical small town German guest house, with an attached restaurant/bar, plus additional bonus of having it's own ice cream parlour :-) The proprietors are friendly and helpful, rooms simple but clean. Food is typical for the region and not the most imaginative menu, but it's cooked well enough. Only minor downside was the Wifi was poor/unreliable but that seems...

We stayed here on a Wednesday and didn't realise that the facilities were closed. This meant there was nobody there to welcome us as the doors were LOCKED! When we did eventually get in, the bar and restaurant were closed, so we had to eat at the neighbouring hotel (which was fine). The hotel is quite old fashioned and the...

I stayed here on a motorcycle trip. I was looking a small hotel north of Stuttgart off the main roads. Very friendly, room was clean and I could park my Triumph in their seller. Good food and beer. The medieval town is worth walking round with plenty of photo opportunities
