Liked the... - Clean and spacious loft apartment (2 adults, 2 teenageers) - Proximity to the lake and shops - Kitchenette that was reasonably well equipped Did not like the... - Rather frosty reception - Ground floor 'balcony' apartment overlooking the parking lot (see photo) - Apartment door that opened up in the reception lounge area

Service from the front reception was short, rude and not welcoming. We came in to see if they had any rooms available for a week or two and just from the ' service ' at reception we left. It was like they didnt want the business. Absolutely disgusting.

I initially stayed for one night before a trek, then I decided to stay again on my return for a night before leaving the area. The first night I checked in was after hours, however there was a phone available with clear instructions. I spoke to a lady who directed me to an envelope with keys, directions and information. I...

This is good value for money if you like 70's style brick walls, a bed shoved against the wall, and that awful floral disinfectant that permeates everything....It seems some rooms are renovated, ours was not. Would be a great base for a family though if you were up for the snow, location is good.

We stayed in one of their newly renovated room which was really nice and the location was great. The downfall was that the room was nicely renovated but the kitchen does not have a ventilation fan for cooking and the smoke alarm is really sensitive. We accidently set the fire alarm off and the reception lady had no clue how...

We only stayed for the night. Went to our room & were given the wrong one. Reception were apologetic about this. Then our originally ordered room we found to be quite dirty, with bath rings & hair in in the tub. The floors had not even been cleaned. Housekeeping needs to be looked at as some of the beds had...
