My partner and I booked a "superior deluxe double room" for a night when we visited the Blue Mountains. We have absolutely no complaints. The room was lovely. It had a nice and firm double bed, a small table with two chairs, a wardrobe with coathangers, a couch, a TV, a mini-fridge with nothing to tempt our tastes and empty...

My husband and I arrived for a week and were pleasantly surprised at the heritage colours of this accommodation. You are issued with two keys on arrival......one for your room and the other for the guest entrance via the underground carpark. Our room was big and clean with a lovely king-size bed, lovely sheets and ensuite with lovely white towels,...

Like a step back in time, reminded us of staying in Darjeeling hill station, rooms lovely and clean, shower powerful and hot, breakfast readily accepted each morning, easy walking distance to town and a variety of eateries, friendly staff , plentiful under property parking.

Pleasant room with plenty of legroom, large bed, and clean floors. The little telly had a wobbly antenna connection, but retuning via remote control worked. Chiefly, the staff are so very friendly and good-natured at this hotel. They opened the spa for our grandchildren to enjoy! We sunned ourselves in the gorgeous big garden, with our picnic spread. Breakfast was...

In dire need of some basic upkeep! Soft uncomfortable bed, basic outdated furnishings, amazingly loud refrigerator (we had to turn off it was so loud), fire hazard of a heater (no wheels and resting straight on carpet which also made noise in the night and had to be switched off). Grime laden bathroom with old paint chipped taps and finishes....

The location was good. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, however could have been more professional through the stay (sat on their phone at the seat with their feet up). Rooms were a great size. Breakfast wasn't fantastic.

Yes its a little old, but its clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and reasonable facilities for what you pay for. Easy parking, near the Chocolate Cafe, there is a take away shop one minute from the Hotel. So, if you are hungry for a burger, no need to head into town. They have a spa and sauna, pool...

Disappointing to say the least.. Katoomba's version of 'Faulty Towers'.. I don't like to leave scathing review so I'll be brief.. Want the central heating off at 3am?.. Paper thin walls between rooms? Upgrades that aren't? Then this is the hotel for you! All this and a free game of who slammed that door, thrown in gratis. Basically the hotel...
