We spent one night here as the last stay in our Ausswalk self guided walking tour. Lovely, tranquil surroundings, loved our room. A great place to relax and recharge. We were shown around by the assistant manager, Madi. She made us fell both welcome and right at home immediately. Breakfast was yum. If you can, get Madi to make you one of her fantastic cappuccinos. You'll not regret it. Loved our stay, wished it was longer but we had to get home.

This beautifully maintained B&B (adults only) was the perfect spot for our short break, Pluses included an attentive and knowledgeable host, substantial breakfast, beautiful cool climate garden to sit in or wander through, and within walking distance of Leura Mall for dinner and window shopping.

Paid for accommodation to go to a wedding after which they closed due to COVID. Sent request well before booking date requesting to reschedule 6 months later and spoke to he owner Aaron. He said they are selling up and had lost so much bookings so won't be issuing any refunds. Six months later they were still trading but wouldn't even respond to communications let alone provide a credit. I don't recommend.

Sorry your booking was through Booking.com as explained THEIR terms not ours was the booking was Non Refundable. We are not a travel insurance company but a business trying to keep afloat. Strongly suggest booking DIRECTLY with the business if you are not prepared to except a booking company terms and conditions. All who booked DIRECTLY through our business got a free cancelation or a change of dates and a much cheaper price as there are no booking fees. For the record in the last 2 1/2 yrs we have lost nearly a years worth of income with fires, 2 lots of lockdowns and know the National Parks have closed all the bushwalks. Sorry I cannot take out Travel Insurance on your behalf.

Will definitely be back. Beautiful location. Great room, great hosts and great brekkie. The perfect place for a getaway. Everything has been carefully included. The grounds are welcoming for a stroll. Leura and Katoomba shops, restaurants and attractions are nearby. You could not ask for more. A big thank you to Aaron and his team.

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely kept & well run B&B. Our room was so comfortable and cozy, with everything we needed to make us feel comfortable & at home, including bath robes. I loved the gas fireplace in our room. My husband loved the complimentary melting moments on offer in the guest lounge, which is a lovely place to sit & have a cuppa. A lovely warm breakfast set us up for a day of hiking. Aaron makes his own homemade jam which we both loved and bought a few jars to take home. Walking distance to Leura Mall & restaurants, this B&B is just off the highway but you’d never guess as it’s so quiet & peaceful. Highly recommend staying here. I wouldn’t need to look elsewhere if I came back to Leura.

Just what you want, immaculate, well appointed, friendly but not over bearing host, excellent breakfasts, good bed. Two small things . . .old, minuscule TV needs a larger upgrade, needs a light right at the entrance to the property as hard to find your way in on foot in the dark.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Bethany Manor on the weekend. Highly recommend. Cleanliness👍 Comfort 👍 breakfast 👍 Simply everything was wonderful and all housed in a very lovely home , beautiful gardens and in a great location. This week, I spent 3 nights at Bethany Manor with friends. The building is beautiful and rooms absolutely spotless. The breakfast however was totally lacking imagination or inspiration. Tea butter and toast seemed to be served grudgingly. Such a lovely breakfast room but the meal didn’t do it justice.

Thankyou Aaron & Fiona for making our group of four couples feel so welcome at your lovely Bethany Manor. We all commented on how lovely your B&B is. We appreciated all the little touches from cake and biscuits for afternoon tea in the lounge to thoughtful items in our rooms. We all thought the beds were very comfortable and the blockout curtains made the rooms wonderfully dark for sleeping. The breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the home made jams. Thanks Aaron for all the information on what to do in and around Leura. We had an excellent stay with you, thankyou.

We had an outstanding experience at Bethany Manor. We so enjoyed sitting on the verandah outside our room with homemade fruit cake, melting moment biscuits whilst sipping tea and taking in the view of the beautiful, spacious gardens and distant hills. The bed was comfort and the spa (Tomah Room) was especially opulent. Aaron was our host, unassuming & friendly, who was keen to help us enjoy all the benefits of the manor as well as provide local knowledge of restaurants. Eating the cooked breakfast in the sunroom was relaxing and satisfying ... home grown fruit and homemade jam to boot. We are so grateful for our special retreat here..
