If you are looking for a clean, peaceful accomodation with excellent service, St Marks is the perfect place to stay. My husband and I, we visited the lodge numerous times and we've been always pleased with this small, quiet and charming hotel. In early January we stayed there with a couple visiting us from Europe, and we all were very...

We visited St Marks lodge and we were really satisfied with the hotel. Rooms were clean, modern and cosy. Area was peaceful and near the city center and local mall. Only thing that bothered us was that the hotel didn't provide a secure wifi.

Originally were going to book with booking. com, then was offered a discount if booking direct with hotel, nice, cheaper than booking.com. When we arrived, we were given another discount, which brought our 3 nights down to under $400.00! Honestly, can't get better than that, 20 mins by bus to Circular Quay. Small but very comfortable room with en suite....

We stayed in the period after Christmas, and it was definitely a better price for that time of year. The lodge is in a quiet street and about 10 minutes' walk from the main Randwick bus stops. Although it says it's a non-smoking hotel, there was a definite smell of smoke when we entered our room, but we would just...

Stayed here to enable attendance at Randwick Racecourse. Need a short taxi ride to and from, but walking distance to a number of nice restaurants and cafes and Randwick Shopping Centre is 500m away. Room was spacious and had a good hot shower. We easily walked from here to Coogee beach and return on the Sunday. Would consider staying here...

We stayed here by recommendation of our friends who live across the road in an apartment too tiny to cater for overnight guests. In that respect, the location was extremely convenient, as we were in Sydney to visit them. Usually we stay in the city and sight-see other things too, but this trip was specifically to visit our 7-months pregnant...

The accommodation is good value for the money for Sydney. Rooms are clean and quiet. I like the location as it is about a 12 minute walk to the Beach and the Restaurants down there. It is only a 5 minute walk from a major bus route Randwick Junction. From there you can catch buses to the CBD every 10...

St Mark's Lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood in Randwick. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Being in an old building, one can hear noises coming from the next room. Since it was just an overnight stay, this was not a problem for us. The manager on duty was quick to respond when the key to...

I have stayed here pretty much every month for the year and have found it great- location, clean. Really disappointed this trip. Boiling hot in the room last night. Asked today if it is possible to get the air con fixed- pleasant receptionist said this was fine. Spoke to receptionist again a few hours later, still waiting for the maintenance...
