Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The sites (we had a slab site) are really squishy; we couldn’t fit our car on our site at all. Upon arrive our neighbors had to move there car just so we could get in. Site sizes should be available on the website so people know before booking. The person I spoke to on the phone said we’d have no problems but it was tight. Great water slides and pool ( the pool up the back with cabins is much quieter if your looking for more relaxing vibe) Amenities were tidy but could have use more regular attention. Overall an ok park but definitely all on top of one another and the noise from both main road was very loud. Not a park we will visit again unfortunately.

The cabin was well laid out, immaculately clean and perfect for a seven night stay. The camp site has all the amenities, which are kept clean and well stocked. There is an excellent camp kitchen which was great for family meals. The electric barbecues were plentiful around the park. The children loved the pools, water slides and play areas. It is also in a great spot for exploring the local area. We will definitely be booking again for next year

We have just finished a three night stay here in a two bedroom cottage with our grandson and we’re super impressed. On line information and photos are all up to date and on line booking was very easy; Reception and check in was equally easy and very friendly. The two bedroom with open kitchen, dining and lounge is quite large enough as are the two bedrooms, bathroom and front deck. Beds are very comfortable, linen is high quality. Kitchen is well set out, full size fridge and good selection of cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. Dining & lounge furniture is very comfortable and good quality. Easy walking distance to bbq, pool, reception, spa & sauna, library, and adventure/water slide games area. All facilities are well maintained and exceptionally clean. Our grandson (6yo) was super impressed and definitely had a great stay 😊

Front desk attendant was so rude, we were just travelling around NSW trying to supporting smaller towns, we didn’t have a booking which has never been a problem however she needs to be retrained on how to be a pleasant with her customer service. The way that she informed us that it was a minimum 2 night stay left a bad taste

The cabins are very pleasant. We booked a standard one bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. Sheets, towels and toiletries were supplied. They are well equipped for cooking with full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave, pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. I wish there were a few hooks to hang clothing etc and a bench for the suitcase, but that is only a small quibble. The cabins were clean and well maintained, as were the grounds. The kids playground and water park near the camping sites are great and there’s a separate pool near the cabins. Free wi-fi was a little variable and at times I had to move outside to get it. The site is on the highway, surrounded by bush, 2 km from the visitors centre, so it’s a short drive to the harbour, shops and Ex-Servos club.

This park has potential to be awesome but needs to focus on getting the basics right, particularly in peak periods. The ammenities blocks are woefully under size for the number of sites and to top off we’re filthy most of the day and out of basics like soap/toilet paper. The park overall needs a good clean/gardens tended to. The sites are far too small and would benefit from a recalibration to ensure that vans/cars fit on each allocated site as opposed to spilling onto the already undersized roads. On the day of check in we arrived early and asked if we could check in before the allotted time, the response received was quite rude with the lady at reception saying she can’t see through walls to see if the site is free, subsuquently she checked the security camera two seconds later and it was free. The park has lots of good activities for the kids. Would I stay again… probably not unless the sites were re calibrated to be more appropriate to the size of the park and a better cleaning routine put in place. In peak times cleaning should be ramped up to ensure the ammenities are of a sanitary standard.

The park has a large number of facilities - fun park, pool, spa, sauna, gym etc But, the park itself is stark, there isn’t a tree to be seen It just feels like a large empty field Ensuite was well appointed and clean, and the staff were helpful

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, dog-friendly cabin for the weekend. It had everything we needed for a comfy stay, linen and towels supplied, air-con for those cold mornings and a super comfy bed. The cabin had a gated verandah if we’d wanted to sit outside with our dog. Plenty of area to walk the dog around the park. The cabins are in a cluster away from the main road, we had no traffic noise like a previous reviewer. We can’t comment on the kids’ fun facilities as we didn’t have kids with us but they looked pretty impressive. No shortage of barbecues, they’re dotted all over the park. Have booked to stay again.

Wanted a quick weekend getaway that would also be a hit with our two young daughters (4 and 8). This place ticked all the boxes. Playgrounds, pool, waterslides! It was also so close to the town centre and easy to find. The facilities on site are great and we enjoyed some water time and scootering around the place. Definitely a place to come back too!

Arrived on a Saturday, the park was packed and had very small site spaces (it didnt help our neighbours had taken over our space and due to no car parking campers had were also parking on the road making it difficult to park and reverse the van). The kids play area is on the main traffic area where the parents watching area is on the other side of the road. The waterslides were great for the kids. It was very noisy over the weekend however by Monday the park was practically empty. The highway noise is loud at night. Was very cheap (half the price of other parks in the same location) but there is a reason for that.
