It was nice a bit noisy on the balcony sliding door was hard to open and shut would of preferred a unit facing out ours was facing the pool not much privacy when people went in the pool. But otherwise it had everything you need we were still quite happy. The staff at reception were very friendly. Very close to everything...

Pleasant but dated. We specifically asked for a quiet room and I think we were allocated one of the noisiest. Right on the Main Street. Constant noise almost 24 hours. Fortunately I always travel with ear plugs. Our room was adequate and there was evidence of some refurbishment but it needs to be completed! The shutters were attractive and functional...

This place is lovely, a little older but still very nice, very spacious apartment, close to beach and shops, it has a really nice pool. The staff were all friendly and very helpful with any questions we had, I thought it was good value for money and we will definitely go back.

When we checked in the lady at reception was lovely and helpful when we had questions later in the day about tickets. But it went downhill from there. In the room we had no T.V remote when my partner went down to find out why we couldn't find it in the room a different lady at reception had told him...

Good bed, fans throughtout, a/c in lounge, well equipped lounge, no views to speak of, no batteries in TV remote so TV abnormally loud after reception closed - so good points and annoying points. Situated next door to good breakfast spot so overall very acceptable without being outstanding. People in reception were pleasant.

Overall we had a good stay but there are a few improvements that could be made. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was a good size. Great location close to all the shops and although we didn't use the pool it looked good too. One issue was that the blinds in the room were white and let the...

We stayed at the Nautillus for one week at the end of September , the second week of the school holidays in Vic and Qld. We had a one bedroom rooftop apartment which had views towards the sea. Barbecue on the rooftop along with a spa. External stairs from the apartment to the rooftop. Staff were excellent and more than...

This was a lovely room with an amazing view of the ocean and pool. Staff were friendly and the place was spotless. Bed was comfy and we were close to everything. Spoilt for choice as to where to eat and they surprised us with a bottle of wine in the fridge for his 50th.

Had a very pleasant stay. Friendly, helpful staff, secure u/g parking, brilliant location. In room laundry was a big bonus. Only negative was the unit directly above us had a toddler that insisted on bouncing something hard on the floor every morning, very loud throughout our whole unit. Not the fault of the resort, just unthinking parents I guess. Building...
