Clean and comfortable room with good kitchen facilities and washing machine. We stayed in the Villa and were very happy with the accommodation. Initially we planned to stay for two nights but enjoyed our time so much we stayed another night. Steve and Sandy are friendly hosts and gave us some great tips about things to do in Bicheno and... The self checkin was easy. The unit terrific, the layout, furnishings, in fact everything was tops. Self catering was a breeze and it was in very quiet surrounds. The location is just across the road from the water and the is a very nice path through to the township. We stayed two nights and could have happily stayed longer. The... More

Comfortable, cosy, clean and quite simply the best value accomodation on the East Coast. Steve and Sandy - 11/10 for low key, genuine old fashioned hospitality. We've been before and we'll be back again - and again.

Self check in, note on office door with instructions. Our cottage was spacious, clean and cosy. Kitchen with everything you need to self cater and even a washing machine. Natural elements ensured the washing dried on the line provided! It was a windy day and night and we enjoyed our walks by the sea. Bed and pillows were very comfy,... More

When you are reading reviews of Tidelines keep in mind that there are several styles of accommodation available in this terrific little place and they differ in size, aspect and features. We stayed 2 nights in what I understand to be the most 'compact' of the accommodations - the 'studio apartment'. Having said that we found it to be everything... More

We are regular visitors to Bicheno. We have stayed at Tidelines 4-5 times now and each time it is like being greeted by an old friend. The owner, Sandy, will do whatever she can to make your stay pleasant and the units are immaculate and very well equipped. We stayed in the Seaview unit on our most recent visit and... More

"Tidelines" is well located for the traveler passing through the region. I stayed in the "Villa" room and found it to be great. Tasteful beach style decor with good quality fittings, everything you could want is at hand for a short term self catering property. The room and all its facilities were absolutely fresh and spotless. I would be happy... More

A large bed sitting room with separate kitchen eating area - just watch the clearly marked step-down if you're in a hurry. Impectably clean with ample toiletries and two towels each. A number of little extras were provided and having a washing machine and clothes line outside a bonus. We walked to the Blowhole, along the foreshore tracks enjoying the... More

The villa is ideal for one. It's cosy and had everything you need to self cater. I loved the colour schemes. Good shower. Nice kitchen area. Comfortable bed with electric blanket. Close to town. Be warned that winter in Bicheno makes self catering a very good option as not much is open at night.
