A few problems with items not provided in unit, issues with set up of double room unit, however quickly resolved with call to reception. No issues with staff, prompt attendance, reception, maintenance and room cleaners all very efficient once alerted to issues. Very fond of this place.Proximity to beach big bonus. No need to drive, once arrived.

I have stayed at The Mantra a dozen times and keep coming back. The staff are lovely and very polite. The only negative is the bar staff during happy hour. They are all walking around outside and noone comes over to your table to order unless you flag them down. If you go inside to order they tell you bar...

It is always nice to stay very close to the beach and next to very nice green areas and plenty of space. The service is not up to the site though. Breakfast, general maintenance and general services are suboptimal. It could be one of the best hotels in Victoria, the potential is there

This was our second stay at this location. It keeps getting better every time. The front counter staff are friendly and professional. There is nothing they can't help you with. From extra towels for the pool to tennis rackets. Best eating locations or the best access to the beach from your room. They were so helpful as were the breakfast...

The whole hotel was very impressive and I loved that there was an endota spa in the hotel. The location was great-everything in walking distance. We paid over $200 for one night in a heritage room. If by heritage they meant 80s.. then yes, it was heritage. Very dated, but not in a good way.

Have stayed here before many times, however this time we stayed in the newer section of the resort. Our in room spa did not work and asked to have someone look at it, this was a paid extra on top of our room upgrade, after 3 days we left and no one came to see us, broken light in the...

Great location directly across from the beach and easy walk to town and surrounds. Rooms were nice and clean. Pillows horrible. Bring your own if you can. We had a great holiday with great friends. Only stayed an night. Beds are comfortable difficult key/card entry

Have stayed before and love the location and facilities, though sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there is no soap dish in the bathroom. Most staff were friendly though at times some of the bar staff seemed annoyed to be asked to do something. I would happily return and bring my extended family, too.

Stayed here for a night and had an amazing time. Beautiful property, lovely room and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. The indoor pool was also very nice and the location of the hotel was close to bascislly everything.
