We stayed 3 nights in a two room tennis villa. The bills itself was average. Bit dirty and shabby but had all the essentials there. We had an issue with our main bathroom which was unusable flooding through the main drain with a bad smell. The office was informed but due to our short stay we didn't get moved. The...

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed here at the end of January, we were booked into a beachfront downstairs unit. The location of the unit is great, close to pools and 90 second walk from the beautiful calm beach. We could sit out on our patio at night on weekend, and listen to the live music from...

We all enjoyed our stay at the Broadwater, the room was a good size and had all we needed and the facilities at the resort are great to keep a young family entertained. We will be staying at the Broadwater again

I stayed here with my family (2 adults and 3 kids) for 3 nights in Executive Villa # 28. This villa is in part of the sebel complex, so a bit of a walk through the resort to get to the pools and beach etc. wasn't a problem for us at all, and I liked that it was a bit...

3 visits here on a short break to Bussleton. The kids loved the Chicken Wings and polished off a massive bowlveach plus chips. Live music on the Sunday evening to finish off our holiday. Also we got discounted food because we stayed at the SEBEL right next door

I would agree with what other reviewers have stated in that the units could do with some maintenaince. There were scuff marks on walls and ceilings ,mould openly growing on glass tiles in bathroom and on the shower curtain. Stairs (13) to get into unit which makes luggage tricky! Taps were awful ..cross shaped.. glad i didn't have hand probs...

This hotel is one of my favourites. It is perfect for families with 2 swimming pools and a games room and has a lovely restaurant called stilts connected to the reception. The rooms are always clean and you get what you pay for which is a nice, clean and spacey room. You are right next to the beach and in...

A nice friendly place with one up one down rooms, kitchen facilities were a nice bonus. Rooms were clean and tidy, don't expect too much, staff friendly and the bar with great food a winner, particularly the open court yard..

Only real positive was amazing blonde lady in reception. Nothing was too much trouble! She was very professional and helpful. Much appreciated. Thank you. Rooms felt grubby. Marks on furniture and fittings. desperate need of updating. Did not feel clean or relaxing. Lots cobwebs and two pet spiders. One air con and fan in loft bedroom did not work. We...

After having read some reviews I was thinking of cancelling but I'm sure glad I didn't. Yes it's a bit dated inside the apartments but the grounds and the comfort inside makes up for it. Very convenient, fully equipped kitchen. Excellent bedding. The closed grounds are perfect for the kids to run around safely. The indoor/outdoor pools are great. Tennis...
