We booked a room but were luckily upgraded to the Homestead House because we were staying for the week, which was a huge three bedroomed house within the grounds overlooking the lake. Visited by peacock, kangaroos, numerous types of birds and just a great countryside feel to the place it was so relaxing. Had several BBQ's and cooked in the...

We stayed here for 2 nights in October, we had the 2 bedroom challet, although the decor was very dated and in much need of a update but the room was very spacious and clean the surrounds were beautiful, the staff were very helpful and we would stay here again.

The breakfast area and front reception are stunning and the grounds are magnificent. The 2bedroom units are dated but they are neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and we loved our time here. Would definitely return.

We chose Forest Lodge as the venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. With the sun shining and the neat lawns & gardens, it was a picture perfect setting down in the gazebo by the lake. The staff did a fantastic job with the excellent food and drink service, ensuring the whole night ran smoothly. Having additional accommodation on site...

Set back from the highway, in a beautiful country grounds. The room is fairly basic and small, but very clean with nice fittings and supplies. The common area is big yet cosy, with a fire and sofas. Breakfast is a really nice combo of self service and cooked. The icing on the cake is Raj the peacock, who comes to...

Fabulous location, great service by staff at this resort, rooms were a little dated however exceptionally clean. Food was 10/10 at the resort, hotel style buffet breakfast. Good location, really close to the local amenities. Seems as though we were there during off season, a lot of the food businesses which were local closed early on the Saturday night which...

Stayed just one night as part of a road trip and we wish it'd been longer. Seemed somewhat remote when we first arrived but it was actually only a couple minutes drive into the small town and attractions, wineries. The secluded setting was wonderful and my son loved exploring the grounds, the Kangaroos, bird life and peace and quiet. Our...

Stayed in a 2 bedroom chalet. Clean and comfortable and equiped with all the gear for self catering. The kids loved the kangaroos on the lawn off the balcony and exploring around the grounds. Also worthy of mention is the breakfast. The breakfast was superb and the kids were fascinated by the pancake machine. Overall, would I stay here again?...

Booked this lodge after reviewing the ratings on Trip Advisor however was very disappointed when we arrived and walked into our chalet. Everything was very old, dated. The kitchen, bathroom and toilet were gross because they are so out of date. There was a sour milk smell from the fridge and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. After a sleepless...
