Lovely hotel. Basic, but that's what you expect. Very clean. Comfy beds, staff great & very friendly. Restaurant is right next door. They do a great breakfast which is very good value for money. We stayed here as a family of 6 in 2 rooms. Kids thought it was great. We would definitely stay here again

Room was typical premier inn being clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Not prebooking dinner was better value for money around 50% cheaper dining at the onsite brewers fayre, breakfast was taken at the nearby Toby rather than the onsite brewers fayre which was over 50% cheaper and within 200m

Stayed at the Premier Inn. Very large comfortable bedroom on the Ground Floor. Had 3 good nights sleep. Very clean & brilliant shower. Small issue the bath seems very high to step into would be a problem for old people. All staff simply lovely friendly people & very engaging. Great welcome.

Very good on the whole. The hotel is currently in the middle of a building site-- new housing estate, so is difficult to find initially-- temporary signage on the main road would be useful. Brewers Fayre breakfast was good, although the service could have been better.

As with all premier inns the room was comfortable, with a great bed, desk sofa etc. The bathroom was a good size in all 3 rooms I stoped in (stayed for 3 weeks on business) and all rooms were mostly the same. The shower was suitable, not the best shower I have ever had but it had enough pressure for...

You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. As usual the room was clean and fresh looking. Breakfast and dinner were good pub restaurant standard food. Negatives - the free wifi was a pain to access; could have done with some shelf/drawer space.

Will return soon, this is our first choice Premier Inn when visiting the North East. Amazingly quiet, when so close to a busy road. The staff are outstanding in their friendliness, while remaining very professional.

Located just 5minutes north of the Tyne Tunnel, it's a perfect location for exploring the area . The coast is just 5 mins away and the metro centre 15mins. Harvester restaurant next door for dinner and breakfast

You always know what you'll get at a Premier Inn and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was a little 'tired' but hopefully when they've finished building the new block, they'll refurbish some of the original rooms!
