For the last 7 years we have stayed at this hotel and it truly is like going home to the family we love all the staff the hotel is clean the location is great for us so is the food and all the cats!! The location is not that far from the strip but far enough to avoid the noise we always rent quads so we can easily get around. We stay here with the family as it is not rowdy like other hotels so you can go out and party and come back and actually sleep! Can’t recommend this place enough 😊
The room was clean and tidy, the food is poor wouldn't even bother with it! The Aircon is a joke, had several arguments with staff after they cut it off early on multiple occasions! - be prepared to argue! WiFi is free and usable but very slow! Staff generally rude and unhelpful.
spent 5 nights in the hotel, clean, big room, nice pool and bar, well worth the money. but the big thing there are the staff, each and single one of them, polite, nice and doing what ever they can to help. i was alowed to do early check in and late check out, wss alowed to let a friend stay with me at the pool before her flight, had the girl at reception book my shuttle all in all i was very happy and sure to go back there
Arrived quite late at the hotel apartments, to be greeted by a guy at the pool bar who directed us to the reception, check-in was fuss-free and we were given the keys and directions to our room in block B, this room was okay but the view was not the best, so I went back to reception and asked for a room with a view of the pool, this request was granted immediately without any hassle, so after returning the keys to the block B apartment, we took the keys to C205 and we were not disappointed, this room was on the upper floor and looked out on to the pool, the rooms are spacious and okay a little basic the seperate bedroom was large enough with plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfortable it had a sliding door out on to the large veranda, the bathroom was equiped well although a little small but the whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping service was second to none throughout our stay, we opted for the bed and breakfast option and were not dissapointed breakfast is served at the pool bar and this is the hub of the hotel the guy's make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble during our stay we made firm freinds with all of them Tommy his brother Bambos and brother in law Tsakis not forgetting Tommy's school boy friend and helper George if you have never experienced Cypriot hospitality book a holiday at the Napa Prince and you will see what I mean these guy's go above and beyond the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one…
Have been going to Ayia Napa since 1999 and hadn't planned to go this year but found a great last minute deal so snapped it up. 4 of us stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was fine. Very clean and spacious enough with a balcony too. The only negative was we found a bloodied tissue in the top of the wardrobe but this was removed when we mentioned it to reception. Located about a 5 minute walk from the square and about a 20-30 walk to Nissi Beach. Only ever saw 4 people tops in the pool and sunbeds always available. All the staff are amazing and loved Bambos, the evening barman. You can see why he's been there 20 years and it's so popular. The food and drink at the pool bar are very reasonably priced. All in all an amazing last minute week away for under £400pp. Unfortunately it seems the hotel is making big changes and they're demolishing it in October 2019. It sounds like it will be nice when done as I think they're incorporating splash pools in some of the rooms and making a bigger pool. Apparently they're even going to be doing weddings there so watch this space. …
