Very nice and clean hotel!The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable.All the staff are very nice and polite, greetings to mr.misha.We had an amazing relaxing time and enjoyed the all experience,tasty food,sun,swimming pool,drinks everything was just perfect.We are definitely returning back.

Best hotel in Ayia Napa. A small oasis in the center of ayia napa. Easy access to the town to the beach to the discos areas. The food 5 plus, the service 5 star as well, the pool incredible. Not anymore a perfect hotel for couples to relax in peace and quiet like before. Scandinavian groups of youngsters making noise at night and annoying music from next door hotels pool. Too little sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool, had to reserve them like never before on our precious visits. Surroundings not as well kept as before, not so clean.

We had three rooms with a private pool in block 13. The pool was lovely but you are at the mercy of those living above you. Unfortunately for us we lucked out and had a group of young boys staying above us that enjoyed the evening hours. It resulted in various articles of clothing falling from their balcony down to our terrace. One of them decided to give themselves a haircut which saw our terrace covered in hair. The dragging of furniture from the apartments above could’ve been mitigated more by a few rubber grommets. The staff were awesome. Really friendly and helpful. Whether it was at the restaurant, front reception or housekeeping/handyman. They get five stars. The hotel itself was a little run down and needed some basic repairs. One of our rooms had a huge tv, the other two tiny. It is just inconsistent and you wonder why it is like that. The food was pretty good at the restaurant and for buffet dinners and breakfast it was better quality than i expected. There is a 24 hour supermarket on the premises and the prices are almost comparable to the other supermarkets on Nissi Avenue. Most nights there was entertainment which added to the experience. We purchased this trip through Spies and we received a complimentary welcome pack with wine, beer, soft drinks and some snacks (including fruit). Given the cost of the vacation, I can’t really say it was value for money as we have stayed in better locations for less. The town itself was a little too busy for us too. But we loved the beach walk back from the center of town.…

This hotel is absolutely fantastic in every way. I have been here many times and I always have Private Bungalow 1101 with private pool. George and all the staff are absolutely incredible and very helpful. I recommend the SPA and one or why not many visits is good for both body and mind. The restaurant is really good and a lunch is not wrong. Perfectly located in Ayia Napa with walking distance to everything. Going here again 20230710 for 3 weeks holiday in Bungalow 1101.

absolutely amazing hotel, I booked an hour before arrival and was not disappointed. the first night i was a lone traveller planning on leaving next day. received excellent customer service from the beginning. i was then recommended a fantastic local restaurant and ordered a taxi all details given to driver and was really taken care of, breakfast was AMAZING! room was spotless, comfortable and in good condition. I decided to stay again the next evening with a friend and we left our phone in the room after we checked out. we didn’t realise until we were in the airport, the staff weee amazing they offered to send the phone in a taxi but it was too late so they arranged for the phone to sent through the post back to the uk. amazing customer service from all the staff and amazing hotel …

This Hotel is highly recommended. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped - Staff very friendly and happy to help and advise. and the inclusion of a 24 hour mini market is a great bonus. It was January - however, there was a range of activities to keep guests interested if they wished to join in. Also a traditional Cyprus night on offer in the restaurant.
