I couldn't have gone to Cyprus without visiting Ayia Napa. Well, after hearing so many good things and seeing some photos, that's exactly where I started my visit to Cyprus. As the choice of accommodation is very varied, in my searches, I immediately focused on a good hotel that would please me. My choice was the Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments, and that was the right choice! Besides the room being quite large, it had a very comfortable bed, desk, mini-fridge, air conditioner, sofa, a small table and two chairs, a large closet and a bathroom with all its amenities. Everything was modern and new. Fantastic! Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments also has apartments, as its name suggests. Those apartments are probably more adequate for those who stay longer. In the complex, we find two swimming pools, one of which, right in front of the restaurant, is where you can enjoy a good breakfast. The hotel staff at the reception, the housekeeping and the breakfast staff were all friendly and professional. As a result of the above, my stay at the Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments in Ayia Napa was very successful, leaving me with the wish to return there on a future occasion and longer!

Horrible. When we got there the fridge was standing in front of the door, barring it so we couldn’t get in. There was water all over the floor and blood on the walls. The shower was missing a curtain and the lamps were broken. Upon us complaining, we were met very unpleasantly and rudely. Our whole stay, the staff was rude and did not listen to what we had to stay. I recommend this hotel to no one.

We were there for a week and we Got NO sleep. People are noisy.. screaming and Music until 4 am in the morning, every night. There was No hot water in the bath, it was icecold, towels were never shifted, the cleaningladies spild something on our sheets and didnt change them until the last second, the door was a hell to open, it was broken. We didnt get any knowledge about when to check out, so we needed to og 40 euros ekstra because they didnt inform us, when we needed to be out. But the staff in the morning was sweet and the breakfast good. :-)

Stayed with 2 friends late August for a late summer holiday. Greetly warmly by Patricia who looked after us all holiday (including coming out to let us in locked out at 4am, sorry!!) Perfect location in Ayia Napa, close enough to the strip if you’re looking for the nightlife; which was still surprisingly busy, considering the current pandemic. But also far enough so it is quiet at night. Also, 10 minutes walk to the main centre and shops/restaurants are all within close proximity. Accomodation was a bargain to book but perfectly clean and looked after. Aircon is free and works excellently. Maids are very polite and came almost every day of our week. Cleaned to the highest standards. The pool was also really clean and in the sun all day. Will definitely be returning here at some point. Thank you for the best holiday!

The hotel was tidy and nice. The staff was friendly and they spoke good english. Not the child-frienliest hotel, but good for the adult couples. Good location, walking-distance to the beach and restaurant area. It was wierd that there wasn't a soap at the toilet when we arrived. We were also without hand towels for the first three days, and then they appeared into our room. We had to go to buy the soap ourselves. The sofa was awful but otherwise the furniture, kitchen and bathroom were nice and tidy. Air-condition was a bit expensive (8€/night) but it was possible to sleep without that too. It was nice that they had swimming mattresses and balls to borrow at the pool.

The hotel was exactly what you can exept a cheap hotel to be. But the reason why I don’t recommend this hotel at all is the customer service. It was unprofessional (rude). I have never had that bad service.

First, we arrived there at 8am and as our check in time was 2pm and they had other guests in that room until noon, they did let us leave our suitcases there and also to use the bathroom to change our clothes so we can go to the beach. Our room was ready on time and everything was perfectly fine. Girls on reception were always very pleasant and they borrowed me hairdryer each night. Rooms were cleaned each day and in our 6 nights stay(last week of September) towels were also changed once. Wi-Fi signal was perfect in our room. Also, when we checked out at noon they also let us leave our suitcases at reception until 11pm as our fligt was after midnight. All and all, room was perfectly fine and we had everything we needed in it, but the people there are what makes this place special.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Pavlinia. It is family opperated and has good service. it's mostly young scandinavians living there in the peak season. It can get a little loud, but it is a hotel in aiya napa, so what can you expekt.
