We really had a great stay at hotel Pavlinia. However, must admit that there is a lot of noise in the late night hours, (as some also write here). I have never in my life stayed in a hotel with so much noise (every night for 14 days). There are loud knocks on doors filled with doors and screams and screams as well as playing loud music and feasting without regard to the sleeping guests. There is no doubt that it is primarily the young clientele that make up the hotel’s guests.
Another negative thing about the hotel is the expensive a/c. We were well aware before check-in that there would be an extra charge on a/c but that the expense was in the crazy end we were very surprised. So it became 14 days without air conditioning in 37-38 degrees heat with 2 small children bathed in sweat. I don't think you as a hotel can be self-connected, have never experienced this kind of charge at some hotels in my life, so was slightly shocked and disappointed when we were informed about it.
The positive things to mention are the cleaning and the cute and smiling cleaning ladies that do a great job, with such a friendly and nice radiance. There was no finger to put on the cleaning. The facilities in the room and the hotel as a whole were also impeccable. The same was the excellent breakfast buffet for a modest amount, as well as the hotel location. Therefore 3 stars from here.

Very good hotel! The apartments are modern and nice, the hotel is located near the famous bargata and there are many young people living in the hotel. Many restaurants and supermarket only 5min walk distance from the hotel.
The pool area is modern with a fantastic pool bar, there are a lot of young people at the main pool who are on a party trip. But there is a smaller pool that is quieter.
Breakfast is as such... totally ok. But we often ate breakfast elsewhere.

We were 2 couples and we stayed 8 nights in Pavlinia and had a great time. Rooms were nothing special, but good enough for us. Our rooms located opposite of reception and actually wifi worked fine in our rooms. Minimarket located next to our room and it was really nice. Hotel's pool area was nice and staff at bar really friendly. We spend lot of time at pool, because we didnt like to walk so far to beaches. If u like to stay in cheap hotel near of bar's and party, you definetely like to stay in Pavlinia, but if u like to stay in quiet place near of beach, yoy should choose other hotel.

Bad service and treatment The shower is rusty and calcified which only drips, same problem in several rooms. Toilet seat broken. Refrigerator broken and leaking water. Cockroaches and ants in the room. Cheap guest spring mattresses, where you sleep directly on springs. Bed legs that wiggle. Was promised a bed mattress that never arrived. AC SEK 1500 for 14 days. Fails to inform about the exact check-out time and then blames the traveler and charges €50 for a 2-hour delay. 30min walk from the beach not 10.

I couldn't have gone to Cyprus without visiting Ayia Napa. Well, after hearing so many good things and seeing some photos, that's exactly where I started my visit to Cyprus. As the choice of accommodation is very varied, in my searches, I immediately focused on a good hotel that would please me. My choice was the Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments, and that was the right choice! Besides the room being quite large, it had a very comfortable bed, desk, mini-fridge, air conditioner, sofa, a small table and two chairs, a large closet and a bathroom with all its amenities. Everything was modern and new. Fantastic! Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments also has apartments, as its name suggests. Those apartments are probably more adequate for those who stay longer. In the complex, we find two swimming pools, one of which, right in front of the restaurant, is where you can enjoy a good breakfast. The hotel staff at the reception, the housekeeping and the breakfast staff were all friendly and professional. As a result of the above, my stay at the Pavlinia Hotel & Apartments in Ayia Napa was very successful, leaving me with the wish to return there on a future occasion and longer!

Horrible. When we got there the fridge was standing in front of the door, barring it so we couldn’t get in. There was water all over the floor and blood on the walls. The shower was missing a curtain and the lamps were broken. Upon us complaining, we were met very unpleasantly and rudely. Our whole stay, the staff was rude and did not listen to what we had to stay. I recommend this hotel to no one.

We were there for a week and we Got NO sleep. People are noisy.. screaming and Music until 4 am in the morning, every night. There was No hot water in the bath, it was icecold, towels were never shifted, the cleaningladies spild something on our sheets and didnt change them until the last second, the door was a hell to open, it was broken. We didnt get any knowledge about when to check out, so we needed to og 40 euros ekstra because they didnt inform us, when we needed to be out. But the staff in the morning was sweet and the breakfast good. :-)

Stayed with 2 friends late August for a late summer holiday. Greetly warmly by Patricia who looked after us all holiday (including coming out to let us in locked out at 4am, sorry!!)
Perfect location in Ayia Napa, close enough to the strip if you’re looking for the nightlife; which was still surprisingly busy, considering the current pandemic. But also far enough so it is quiet at night. Also, 10 minutes walk to the main centre and shops/restaurants are all within close proximity.
Accomodation was a bargain to book but perfectly clean and looked after. Aircon is free and works excellently. Maids are very polite and came almost every day of our week. Cleaned to the highest standards. The pool was also really clean and in the sun all day.
Will definitely be returning here at some point.
Thank you for the best holiday!

Lived in a 2 room apartment. Extremely simple - seemed worn and used. Was greeted by ants in the apartment when we arrived. Missing a hairdryer and only had a/c in the bedroom. The a/c only ran when we had the key in the apartment, so it was hot and uncomfortable every time you came home from a trip. A disappointment to step into when we arrived!!! On departure, the staff were downright rude and unhelpful to a guest whose fellow traveler had fallen ill during the journey!!! Minus points from us 👎🏻 👍🏻 A smiling and friendly cleaning lady.

Very basic, but a loud and uncontrolled hotel full of mostly Swedish teens that seemed to whatever they wanted, the hotel was a mess and around the clock full of noises - you couldn't sleep at this hotel at all. The Finnish receptionist girl was nice but it seemed that no staff was at the hotel to keep an eye on the wild parties happening at the hotel itself. Ayia Napa is a nice, sunny place but would recommend a nicer, quieter hotel if you don't wish to party literally 24/7.
