So I’m currently still at the hotel with my partner. I’ve seen some terrible reviews about the place & I can’t seem to understand why people are being so harsh when it’s quite cheap to stay here (especially with all inclusive like we are) I think the food is reasonable with some dishes being hit & miss. One thing they need to work on is more option for vegetarians & gluten free people though. But the variety isn’t bad & as Pescatarian I didn’t have too many issues. The rooms are a bit rundown with the hot water coming & going a bit, but they really aren’t that bad. Especially if you’re lucky enough to snag one with a view. The cleaners are great too, everyday we’ve come back to fresh sheets & clean towels in the bathrooms. The pool & bar are quite amazing, bar staff are super friendly & super quick cocktail makers & the pools massive & we tend to find ourselves laying by the pool for hours! The beach is also a 20 second walk from the pool which was quite convenient. I think overall, we’ve really enjoyed our stay here, we went all inclusive for a super good price. Perfect for anyone that’s looking for a quick little budget getaway. Some of the reviews we’ve read are a bit harsh, but when it comes down to it they’ve gone beyond for what you pay for. Definitely give them a go!…
Rooms are okay, shower doors broken, changed room; air conditioning don’t work. Gulla room allocation needs to have customer service training, don’t know what a smile is. Having our lunch and turns up to say move your room now, we said, “can you give us 5 minutes”, reply not really!!! All the other staff seem to be friendly. Food is below average and not worth it. Box standard meals, hardly a choice for vegetarians. Definitely will not be coming back to to this hotel.
Travelled here with my partner for 7 nights all inclusive. Firstly we made a mistake choosing all inclusive as our board. The restuarant was truly lacking in variety and the quality of alcohol was not the best. It would be best to choose self catering, bed and breakfast or half board and cooking for yourself in the kitchen you have in room. We had a 1 bed studio which was very nice, lots of space, seperated bedroom and living room. It was always clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully functioning and lots of space to cook if you would like to, and space to store food in the fridge. The pool area was okay, enjoyed it for the size. There is a daily water aerobics class which looked really fun. Evening entertainment mostly the same childrens songs repeated nightly. The staff are very lovely, I would say they helped to make the experience better. Cute little beach right in front of the hotel was convienient but we only used it once, opting for Nissi Beach a short drive away. Overall it was an okay experience, but does feel a little dated and in need of love in the food department. If you have kids not much for them to do so be aware of needing to book excursions to entertain.…
The hotel is in a nice location next to a small beach and about 5 minutes walk from a much larger sandy beach good for swimming, also within walking distance of the town centre. Our apartment was quite large with a large balcony but not much of a view. Although there were building works nearby we were not disturbed at all by noise. The weather was good and we enjoyed our holiday.
This is a 3 star hotel, I read lots of reviews and was worried about staying here but as we had booked a Thomas cook holiday we didn’t have much choice. I was pleasantly Surprised breakfast I am not sure what other reviewers were after but there was loads of choices yes the same everyday but I could of had a different choice each day there was so much! We always really enjoyed breakfast. Lunch and Dinner again lots of choice but my children are happy to try everything and we enjoyed the meals, roast lamb, roast beef etc lovely pasta dishes, fresh salad everyday. There was a children’s buffet each day but again my children loved the adults food. The staff were lovely especially George in the restaurant. The pools are beautiful and just what was needed on a 42c October day. Lots of places local to visit.…
