The location for me was good, my room had a sea view and was clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was good equipped with soap ,and body lotion and a shower, bath, bidet and basin. Towels and bath mat changed daily
Only negatives - no kettle, only BBC world news and CNN in English although many other channels . Fridge in room and balcony with two chairs and a table
The buffet food was good although sometimes the breakfast hot food was only lukewarm , but no complaints really, restaurant staff pleasant and friendly
Reception staff helpful
Entertainment was a DJ or the DJ singing in the evenings, found the bar staff especially the young woman and young man who appeared to have a bad back a little hostile ,although the other young man and older man bar staff were very friendly
A mainly pleasant stay with close easy access to the Sandy beach

Stayed for 8 nights as part of a tour group . The first impression of the hotel is good .
Check in was ok & we took our luggage to our room ourselves for speed .

The lounge area was very modern, nice design & decorating. Comfortable chairs . A nice bar area with very reasonable prices for a hotel .
A good cocktail menu, nice beer & wine .

Outside terrace was ok with tables & chairs, sunloungers were available.
People used the pools , however I didn’t due to time constraints.

The dining room were we ate breakfast & dinner is set up I imagine for “ tour groups “ & you had to stay in your allocated area .
I am sure breakfast on the terrace would have been fantastic, sadly we were not given that chance .

We both found the food provided very good , there was a great choice of Spanish/ International food . We usually ate Spanish as we love dishes from this area . I do think we had a meal we didn’t enjoy. A lovely surprise was that water & wine were included at Dinner . An added bonus for tour groups I think.

We found the entertainment in the bar very good but sadly it was far too loud so only went the first evening. Luckily we had a balcony with a sea view .

Our tour company had asked for a walk in shower, which I was very happy to see had been given .

Sadly we found the room very basic , 2 single beds which were so hard we asked our Tour Manager if she could arrange a mattress topper to be provided. It was but they were still too hard .
One bedside table , a chair & a desk / luggage rack .

No pretty cushions , bed covers , ornaments, pictures. I felt it really need an upgrade. Shame as it let the hotel down .

Overall we enjoyed our stay . The location was right on the beach & it was a slow 30 minute stroll into the main town along the promenade.

We had a great week at this hotel. It is in an ecellent location right on the beach and in walking distance of the bigger resort of Roses.
The food was very good indeed with a wide and varied selection for all tastes every night, for a 3 star it was impressive. They also catered for Gluten free options but you need to speak to the restaurant supervisor who gives you separate menu.
The hotel has an outdoor pool and is ok but a little small.
The rooms are good albeit a little small but they have all your needs, TV (almost no English channels) decent bed, nice bathroom, good balcony with great views.

Perhaps I was unlucky, but barely got any sleep. People seemed to be running up and down the adjacent stairs for most of the night. In addition, there was a constant hum from the aircon or electric system, even though nothing was on. Minimal toiletries in bathroom and no kettle, although the bar was happy to provide a glass of hot water. Breakfast was o.k, once the crowds had left. The spa was disappointing - in the basement, the pool is like a dark cavern. But most importantly, not a place to relax - there is simply nowhere to sit between sauna or steam room.

Do not go if you want a good night's sleep and value time to eat your dinner.
We paid extra for a seaview room but every night there was live entertainment with amplifiers out on the open bar area in the garden so from 9.00pm until midnight we could not sleep because of the volume of noise from these. When we complained the Reception staff [ no manager available!] told us that some musicians preferred outside rather then the indoor stage - so the Hotel thinks they are more important than the comfort of their paying guests. We were also, on 2 nights, asked to move tables before we had finished our dinner because they had 'double booked'. Is this just careless - or greedy?

We stayed here a week as part of a package trip, and we were very comfortable and well looked after,
The hotel staff were happy to arrange early breakfasts or late lunches, to accommodate day trips, and the food and service were both very good.
Its a large hotel offering large scale catering but overall the meals were well cooked with ample choice.
The bar scene was good, and evenings saw various entertainers of mixed abilities. Outside seating and loungers were plentiful, the swimming pool was very good and the hotel is literally a minute from the beach and the sea.
Rooms were comfortable and the shower worked well, and the room was adequately equipped,
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Not a glamour hotel, but a good place for a weeks stay

This was my 2nd visit to this hotel, I came last year with Shearings on a different tour. I waited until I had been again before writing this review. Sadly the things I did not enjoy had not changed at all. Firstly, the good bits, nothing wrong with the room at all, staff except in the restaurant very nice and helpful. Great location but not actually in Roses so you do need to catch a bus or taxi to get into town. This hotel is large and indeed had 6 different coach parties in at the same time, absolute bedlam, trying to get the lift impossible at times. But the gripe for me was the group was squashed into one area with tables for 8 with not much space to get in and out, the food was buffet food and not of very good quality, the one night I ate there it was cold. The puddings however were nice. I found it very stressful trying to have a buffet with up to 300 other people, the noise levels were horrendous. So I gave up and went out to eat, nice and relaxing and able to talk to other people without shouting. My advice would be if travelling independently opt for B / B there are lots of good restaurants nearby.

Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. We appreciate your returning visit and are glad to hear that you found the room satisfactory and that our staff were nice and helpful. We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced in the restaurant. Your comments about the buffet and the crowded dining area are duly noted. We understand that large groups can create a busy atmosphere, and we will review our procedures to ensure a more comfortable dining experience for all guests. We appreciate your advice for independent travelers to opt for bed and breakfast and explore the nearby restaurants. We strive to provide a variety of dining options to suit different preferences, and your feedback will be considered in our ongoing efforts to improve. We hope that despite the dining experience, you were able to enjoy the location and other aspects of your stay. We value your input and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, providing you with an even better experience. Kind regards, Prestige Hotels

We had been at the hotel for 4 days out of 10 (11 familymembers, celebrating 50 year of marriage) when the cleaning service/ladies was uneffictive and somehow lost our sons two Teddys which were placed on the bed. Two very private and personal things. We contacted the reception immediately, once we came back to the hotel in the afternoon and during the next days we got so many diffent information regarding them searcing for the Teddys, and we never got the feeling that they really cared. They didn't know the most simpel processes of their own hotel.

We cant understand that the Teddys aren't either at the hotel or the landry company, so therefore they must have been taken. Which we also told to the Manager of the hotel.

We got feed up, and complained about the missing teddys to the Executive Managemnet. Day 8, two days before we had to leave, they wanted to compensate us for the inconvenience with a experience of our choice in Roses, and suddenly the day after the offer changed to only a trainride in Roses in 32 degrese, which we declained, because we asked them to pay the entrance of our planed trip to the AuquaBrava. We wrote to Management once again because of the lack of information from the hotel, they offered us tickets in the middel of the day when we were at the AquaBrava and therefore already had payed for the entrence and therefor couldn't use the tickets beacuse we had to leave the next day. We adressed this at the reception, when we came back and after a conversation on the phone, they gave us the money back for the entrance.

We really just wanted our sons Teddys back, but 5 days since we left and 12 days since they got "lost", they still haven't found the them.

Rooms very clean with good solid fitting. Same goes or bathroom. Very few English language TV channels.
Buffet breakfast & dinner with a wide selection. The dinning room & food was one thing that triggered our return.
Bar OK but I did feel sorry for the entertainers who performed to a pretty dead crowd. One evening someone who was billed as a keyboard player instead played Elvis & other records from the same era. He went down very well. People got up & danced.
Although mid September there was plenty to do in the area.
One downside sound proofing between rooms could have been better.
My wife & I would be happy to return.

Our stay was late June. We had a pleasant and clean room with a side-on sea view with balcony. Although the room and furniture were dated, the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was OK. The food was good with a reasonable choice for breakfast and plenty of wine included, made the buffet dinner very acceptable. The outside pool was a pleasant temperature and there were plenty of sun beds. The bar was very reasonably priced and the entertainment was good and every night. It was very good alue for money and I would recommend it. There was a gym and spar but we didn’t use it.
