Our professional friendly staff is really happy to know their service and kindness welcoming was pleasing and made everyone feel at home. They go the extra mile in customers’ service and are the backbone of our hotel. How great to see that the culinary choice was exceptional to all. We believe that it is important to have great food especially when away from home. Our chef takes great pride at presenting each dish and making sure of its good taste. We use only good quality produce to elaborate our meals. We hope all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners where pleasing and satisfying. Our staff is very thankful for your kind words of praise towards their friendly service. We do however apologize if you felt the staffs’ attention was not well appreciated at the bar. Our chef and kitchen staff works hard at making different dishes and great tasting meals for our guests to enjoy. We are happy when guest have the best things to say about our food. The hotel itself is a nice hotel, rooms are small but fit for purpose. There are 2 pools however the front pool is tiny and only good for sitting in the sun for about 2 hours in the morning before it’s covered by shade. German heavy hotel, favouring German cuisines for food

If you are returning to the hotel please contact me directly so that I can personally oversee your stay with us. Most of our visitors express their satisfaction with our gastronomic offer. It is true that in our establishment we receive clients of different nationalities, that is why our chefs work in preparing a varied offer to please all our guests alike. We are sorry that in your case we haven’t been able to fulfil your expectations. In reference to the inconvenience you comment about the cleaning, we want to convey our surprise and our regret to this unusual situation. Our cleaning crew must comply with a meticulous protocol. It would have been very useful if during your stay, you would have communicated this to our reception staff which would have given you an on-site solution as soon as possible.
