Well well well. Whala ! Load of rubbish. From the start to the finish this hotel was a shambles they over charged me and said they can't sort it I would have to come down in morning to speak to the manager. Then put me in a room with door faulty would not shut ,bathroom sink all cracked ,no handles...

For the price you can't really fault the place, but don't go expecting a 4 star hotel. I've definitely stayed in places for the same sort of price that were no where near as good. Given it 4/5 in light of the price, but in reality is probably more 3/5. Stayed with my partner for 4 nights. We had a...

Visited this hotel for 4 nights. was worried about some of the negative reviews i read before going. i can not understand what some people expect . we payed £30 a night for a clean bed to sleep in and all our food and drink as we went all inclusive. My family and I arrived late one evening, check in took about 35 minutes ( don't know why so long, something to do with checking our passports etc). We had booked a self catering apartment, we were shown outside of the main hotel escorted through a separate entrance. Opened our door to find our apartment had not been cleaned since...

Before I arrived, I made a request to have a room on a high floor, away from the lifts, and with an ocean view, and so lucky that they met and accommodated my requests, began my holiday on the right food with Whala! Our room had a bathtub and that was certainly another plus personally. Pool on the terrace is...

Stayed here for a short 4 day break and wouldn't want to stay here any longer!! Rooms are tired and need an upgrade. If you want a TV control it's 10 Euro, if you want WiFi it's 10 euro per day! The one lift is not sufficient, the staff work there socks off at breakfast but are always over whelmed...

We stayed in WhalaBeach! in April 2017. We had a really good price offer for the hotel with two meals included. The place itself was ok, not super exclusive, I would say a simple one, but it was definitely fine for our expectations. The room was clean, bright and with a balcony with a sea view, maybe a little humid....

Arrived early was told to wait till 2pm untill check in. After check in the great whala hotel maze began. There is no direction from staff as to where to go and there is no signs on the wall for directions apart from a very small fire emergency instruction note. Eventually found our room and quickly discovered it had a...

Given some reviews I was nervous about what I would find. We were half board in the hotel. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, food ok - some stuff poor but some stuff sufficient. Poor choice for vegetarians. Room cleaned every day, terrace pool small but superb spot with great views. On return to the room one time it smelt of...

Good for 3 star and superb breakfast. However not totally brilliant. Could smell lots of smoke and nicotine too. Tea was ok, roof top terrace was nice and location was brilliant. Very thin walls as we cold very easily hear conversations from other rooms.
