Our room was the Balcont suite. This provided a perfect setting for breakfast overlooking the beautiful, sprawling garden. Our rooms were elegantly furnished and comprised a dining area and kitchenette, a bedroom with 4 poster bed (very comfortable and adorned with spectacular bedding) and a lavish sitting area. Added touches were chocolates and a decanter of port. We enjoyed the...

We were great at the door by Lesley the owner. We stayed in the room closest to front door and it was magnificent. Beautifully decordated big comfy bed. Little kitchenette with tea coffee and a little fridge. She drops off a basket outside your door full of bread and jams and milk for tea and coffee. Great historical information about...

This is the second time we stayed here and will be back next year. The home has plenty of character and Lesley and John are great hosts. We stayed in the garden room which has a great fireplace. The room is clean and there is plenty of space. We particularly love the decor, the cheese platter, the breakfast and its...

Having stayed here before we chose it once again as we had such great memories. Sadly the latest owners disappointed us. The upstairs room was gloomy and cold even though air con (noisy) and a small oil filled heater were in use constantly by us in the rooms. The bathroom was frigid and had no heating at all and the...

Picked here to stay with a group of friends for a girls weekend away. Leslie was lovely and greeted us when we arrived. The rooms are amazing, very clean and have just about everything that you could appoint need (although the kitchen needs a vegetable peeler). Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the Asian apartment at Beverley House on our recent visit to Mudgee. What a beautiful historic house on a very quiet edge of the town, yet that is only a 2 block walk from all the restaurants, cafes & shops. Lesley was a great host who is there if you need her but pretty much leaves you to...

The house is a lovely, old, large house very convenient to the centre of Mudgee with an easy, level, paved and safe walk to the shops and restaurants. Lesley and John are friendly, relaxed and unobtrusive hosts. We took the "Oriental Apartment" for 2 nights for a mid-week getaway, wine shopping and to try a couple of recommended and popular...

My partner and I stayed at Beverley House B&B for two nights in January. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the beautiful historic building and its grand entrance. It is such a lovely property. We stayed in the downstairs Garden Apartment, which was fantastic and contained everything one might need. The decor of each of the four rooms...

Pleasantly surprised by this lovely building, a short stroll to the beautiful park in the same street and an easy walk to the restaurant precinct. Our room was spacious and had two balconies which we used a lot in our short stay. Bed was very comfy and all the creature comforts were there, kitchen, good TV, two sofas, clean bathroom...

We travelled from Newcastle on a really hot day. The welcome we got from Lesley was warmer still, but the house was cool. We booked into the French Room - large comfortable, kitchen, dining and resting room. We had our own veranda in the back garden. Breakfast baskets of fresh country produce are supplied and anytime we needed anything, we...
