Amazing desert experience! The tent was luxurious. The best part was the hospitality. The staff were fun and engaging. We learned about their culture and were treated to drumming. The food was excellent too! Highly recommend.

What a sensational 3 day desert experience. We stayed at Palmyra as a part of our Deep Morocco Tours itinerary. We had the most fabulous time with Barak, Hami and the staff. We were welcomed as if we were family, and enjoyed the sharing of the Berber Nomadic lifestyle and culture. The food was fabulous, the tents were luxurious, and the setting was stunning. Our stay at Palmyra was a definite highlight of our Moroccan adventure.

We had the best 1 night stay at the Palmyra Luxury Camp! It was the highlight of our trip to Morocco and we absolutely loved it. Barak and his great team of 4 people ensured that we had a fantastic visit and were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs. We learned so much about the Berber Nomad culture and way of life, met an incredible team of people, had interesting conversations with the hosts by the fire, expanded our vocabulary with some Berber words, got to eat a delicious 5 course dinner under the stars and a tasty breakfast with a 5 star hotel presentation, stayed at a comfortable tent with a king size bed, a private bathroom and shower, sandboarded, and got to see a beautiful sunrise over the Sahara Desert dunes. Everything was clean and perfect, and we whole-heartedly recommend this place to anyone trying to select a camp for their desert stay! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer to interact more with local nomads and further enjoy the Sahara Desert. This camp is the furthest of all camps in the region, and is well worth the dromadaire ride and an extra 10-15 mins drive by car that the camp management arranges for the guests to the site. The peace and quiet that you get from being far from other camps is incomparable, and makes the experience much more intimate and unique! Palmyra Luxury Camp only has 6 luxury tents on site, and we happened to be the only guests at the camp that day. Although we only stayed one night, Barak still took us to a nearby Nomax tent to get to see first hand how local nomads are living. Thank you Barak, Mahmou (sorry if we didn't catch your name right) and team for a wonderful stay! Tenemirt! What a wonderful experience!

We stayed at Palmyra Luxury Camp for 1 night only. The food was great, the Berber guys are genuine people who welcomed us and told their life story after playing music for us. It was a wonderful experience, thank you 🙏 the only regret is that we should have stayed more time. We will definitely go back to Palmyra.

Excellent choice for the desert . Amazing tents with all luxury, clean , great staff and food . The camel rides was an experience of its own. Great food and human interaction. At night after dinner we talked with the staff, all Berbers and listen to them sing and play music. Loved the hospitality

Palmyra Luxury camp was truly a luxurious experience in the middle of the desert! After a 45min ride on the camels, we were taken by car to the camp in the Sahara. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly crew of Palmyra, Barack (not sure if it’s the right spelling), and his crew, Hami, Hamid and a few more. Throughout dinner they were extremely friendly, cheeky and so welcoming. After dinner, we gathered around the fireplace outside in the cool weather to hear them play traditional Ber ber / Nomad music. After that, they shared their experiences living as desert nomads. It was truly eye opening. Nomads don’t even know their real ages! Overall, highly recommend - the beds were comfortable, dinner was great but mostly we felt so connected to the Palmyra staff

This was a wonderful experience! The tents were beautifully decked out with a hot shower, a toilet, a comfortable bed, electricity, and outlets. The meals were very tasty, and the service was superb. Mubarak was entertaining, helpful, interesting, informative, and fun. The camel ride to get to the camp was enjoyable and sunset on the desert was beautiful. If you want alcohol, bring it. Be sure not to miss the campfire with beautiful music and information about nomad life. I’ve never met anyone who not only didn’t know their birthday, but had no idea what year they were born! A very unique travel experience, and I’ve traveled a lot, be sure not to miss it!
