The hotel group is taking place in a beautiful open space of 3500 m2, seducing with its unhindered view to the sea. It consists of a two-story building, typical of the 70’ s decade. The vertical elements are symmetrically incorporated in the building, forming 22 TOTALLY RENOVATED STUDIOS. The studios are designed to give the sensation of a private home. Out of the hotel, a postcard creek, a little organized beach, gives to people of any age and mood the chance to fit the landscape and enjoy the vacations. Our concern is to offer you hospitable services, in a peaceful landscape by the sea.

We are currently staying at this complex for eight days, and it has been magnificent! The welcome that we received from George and the rest of the staff made us feel so at home from the onset. The breakfast which we paid for at the time of booking is filling and varied from day to day. They were extremely obliging regarding changes of plan, for example a ‘packed breakfast’ on the day we set off to visit Athens. The rooms are well cleaned everyday. The views from the rooms are spectacular and a joy to look out on whilst sampling some local Wines! The hotel is within a very short distance of a great beach with the hotel providing parasol covered tables and loungers! The only thing missing from the hotel complex would be the benefit of a small pool or even a plunge pool for cooling off under the hot GreekSun! We would thoroughly recommend this hotel, Souvala, and Aegina for a fabulously relaxed and enjoyable holiday! We will be back to Xanthippi!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Great place to relax after 2 weeks of hectic traveling. The hotel is clean and modern. We could walk 1 minute to the beach and there were sunshades and beach chairs available reserved for hotel guests. Water was refreshing and clean. Breakfast was amazing with so much tasty food. The owner was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The rooms were recommended by a friend so I didn’t check the hotel’s site. I was pleasantly surprised to step in a renovated room that looked brand new. I found out later that the renovation was in 2011. Nikos (the owner) has done an excellent job with the space. This hotel raises the bar for Souvala a lot. The simplicity, and the attention to detail made the stay very comfortable abs pleasurable. The hotel’s restaurant adds value to the stay. Small but very tasty menu. The young chef has created a beautiful gastronomic experience. The pizzas, the salads, the risotto (try the beetroot one), and the mains are all excellent! The house wine is of good quality but there are few more one can try on the wine list. Nikos runs the restaurant and puts an extra effort to spend a little time with his visitors, good sense of humour and overall a very nice touch!

Last but not least George, the waiter, is a lovely friendly young individual who even though was injured still managed to do his job with great diligence and appetite.

Excellent host and friendly. We stayed on the first floor and the view was amazing. The breakfast was rich and delicious giving us energy to start the day. The choice of music was very good to create a chill atmosphere (classic music). The room was very clean. Value for money , 100% recommended.

Modern, cozy, clean, quiet, friendly staff, 10 min. from Ag. Nektarios monastery, 2 min. walk from the beach, restaurants and port of souvala, 5 mn. walk to the nearest grossery/mini market. For any future visti to Aegina island Xanthippi Hotel will be my first choice.

A very nice hotel apart from the fact the hotel owner called us insane because we didn't think the view to the hotel's parking with parked cars just in front of our balcony was what they promised. We stayed in august 2012 for 2 days in one of the apartment with view to the sea but the sea was in the background of the cars. The apartment was also est like a cage. Very disappointed because the quality of the renovation was good overall but the owners were not honest

I stayed here for three days in June. It's a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms with a very large, comfy bed. The rooms are self catering with a kettle, fridge and small cooking area.

Breakfast is quite traditional - Greek yoghurt, fruit, bread and some fabulous local pastries like baklava; calorific but gorgeous!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It's set within 2 mins of a local beach and five minutes from a small village with excellent restaurants, a few little shops and a gorgeous harbour. It's not a busy area but if you're looking for an authentic experience this is a good start.

It's a very new hotel and while this means it's in pristine condition, it's is surrounded by other buildings under construction so the view isn't great. There's a balcony but the furniture isn't very comfortable. There's no pool either but a nice area with tables where breakfast is eaten and you can sit in the shade.

Despite some of the shortcomings, given that I paid for €50 for a single room incl breakfast it's great value and very comfy.
