Because of a flight delay we arrived to the hotel almost at 6am, meaning that we had only around 6 hours more to stay there including sleeping, taking a shower and eating breakfast. We were awake for more than 24 hours but nevertheless it was hard to sleep in the inconvenient

We stayed here for a week over New Year and were very pleased. Room was really clean and comfortable, food was excellent and reasonably priced, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As most places in Kerala, they don't have an acohol licence, but we were able to buy beer

The last time I was there they did not serve alcoholic beverages. They can procure them for you though. Best to ring them for rates! Have fun.

I would say it takes about 45 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. We had a driver so it was not a problem. I'm sure the hotel can arrange for a pickup. We had several middle of the night plane arrivals and the hotels always had staff on hand. Anna Barnett

Yes. Just ask the hotel to arrange this. The transfer takes 45 minutes and, if I recall correctly, cost about 1600 INR. This is, perhaps, a little expensive, but worth it to have a guaranteed collection. Note that you have to have cash with you as you pay the driver directly; you cannot add the transfer to your room bill.

hi.Is there in room dining? since there seems to be no phones in the room.
No in room dining specifically, though you can order at the restaurant and eat wherever you want on the resort. this is an eco resort. saving electricity. closer to nature. roof is thatched. Tree branches entering from roof. insects also. no AC. it has a small restaurant inside the premises where the menu changes everyday, which they write on a board. Huts situated at backwater, relaxing to be one with nature.
